Nairobi - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

We will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi, preferably at around 7:00 am. You will head toward the fertile central highlands of the Mount Kenya region. You will head to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Nanyuki at the base of Africa's second-highest mountain, the snow-peaked Mount Kenya. You will arrive early enough to freshen up and have lunch at your hotel. In the afternoon, you will depart for a game drive in the game-rich conservancy. Look for lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and a chance to see all of the Big Five. You will go to the Rhino Sanctuary, home of the last 2 Northern white rhinos in the world where you will interact with Morani, the blind rhino. You will cap your tour with a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary, the only place to see chimpanzees in Kenya. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at your chosen accommodation.

Ol Pejeta - Ngare Ndare Forest - Nairobi

Today, after breakfast, you will depart at around 7:00 am with a packed picnic lunch and head to the Ngare Ndare Forest. Here, you will have a guided forest canopy walk and a waterfalls visit, not forgetting a chance to swim in the natural pool if the weather permits. Remember to carry comfortable hiking gear and swimming costumes. This excursion will end in the afternoon when you will head back to Nairobi and be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
