You'll depart from your Nairobi hotel or airport in the morning for an exciting journey to Masai Mara, a scenic five-hour drive away. This renowned destination is eminent for its breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. It is particularly famous for its spectacular annual wildlife migration and serves as a sanctuary for numerous animal species. Masai Mara offers one of Africa's premier opportunities to encounter the Big Five.

Upon arrival just before midday, you'll proceed to your accommodation. You'll check into your camp, indulge in a delicious lunch, and take some time to relax with a siesta.

At 3:00 p.m., you'll set out on a thrilling game drive in the park, where you'll have the chance to witness the diverse wildlife in their natural habitat. Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at Drunken Elephant Mara Camp, preparing you for an exciting adventure ahead.

After breakfast, set out on a full-day game drive in the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, equipped with picnic lunch boxes to enjoy amid the wilderness. Traverse the reserve's diverse landscapes in search of its iconic wildlife. During the migration season, from July to September, the Mara's vast grasslands come alive with the thundering hooves of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes, creating one of nature's most awe-inspiring spectacles.

You'll start the day with a hearty breakfast. You'll bid farewell to the beauty of Masai Mara and set off on a scenic journey to Lake Naivasha.

Upon arrival, you'll check in at Elsamere Lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, you'll embark on a scenic tour of Hell's Gate National Park. Ride a bike inside Hell's Gate, marvelling at the towering cliffs and rock climbing with an optional visit (not costed for) to the Mvuke Spa for a swim in a naturally heated pool.

In the evening, you'll indulge in a high tea experience and a stroll through the grounds of Elsamere and delve into the legacy of Joy and George Adamson with a visit to the museum or a short film presentation, offering insights into their pioneering conservation efforts in Kenya's wildlife.

Later, you'll have dinner and spend the night at Elsamere Lodge.

En route, you'll stop at Emali to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring traditional Kenyan cuisine, offering a delightful taste of local flavours and hospitality.

Upon arrival at Amboseli National Reserve, head straight into the park for an afternoon game drive, where you'll have the chance to spot the park's iconic wildlife, majestic elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, and more, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, take in the beauty of the African sunset, then proceed to Oilepo Amboseli for check-in. Spend the evening relaxing, followed by a hearty dinner and an overnight stay.
