Day 1

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Entebbe airport for a domestic flight to Kasese airstrip.
Our waiting guide will transfer you from Kasese to your lodge in Kibale national park.
In the afternoon, indulge on a nature excursion. Your swamp walk (1-2 hours) will take you through grassland and some beautiful scenery. It is usual to spot 3 or 4 different primate species during the walk through the highlight is catching a glimpse of the great blue Turaco bird.
The rest of the evening will be spent on the lodge.

Day 2
Chimpanzee tracking & Transfer to Queen
Chimpanzee tracking & Transfer to Queen
In the morning, your chimpanzee tracking excursion will commence. Kibale forest boasts of the highest number of primate species in the world, including our delightful cousins – the chimpanzees. At the moment, in Uganda there are approximately 4,950 chimps left in the wild, which makes the forest a perfect and best place to spot chimpanzees in Africa! During the excursion, your ranger will point out the other species living in the forest including birds, flora and fauna.
In the afternoon, we leave Kibale National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park the oldest & second largest national park in Uganda located at the base of the massive Rwenzori Mountains, adjacent to lakes Edward & George. Covered by savannah plains that provide an abundance of game viewing like Elephants that trumpet when you get too close, lazy leopards laying in the sun, abundant gazelle and bush back, lions, buffaloes, hippos and others.

Day 3
Game drives & Boat trip on kazinga channel

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, giving you the chance to explore the incredible wildlife and landscapes on the plains of Queen Elizabeth with thousands of Uganda kobs, lions, elephants. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on a private boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, which lasts about 2 hours. The cruise will take you to the base of the spectacular waterfall, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view and animals on the water side.
Return to the lodge in the late afternoon to relax.

Day 4
Transfer to Bwindi & Batwa Trail
Transfer to Bwindi & Batwa Trail
In the morning, we will make a short game drive from 8am to 11am while in ishasha sector in search of tree climbing lions as we drive out of the park for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The scenic route runs through a verdant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms.
We will arrive at the lodge in Bwindi in time for lunch.
In the afternoon we will have a batwa community experience the rest of the evening.

Day 5
Gorilla tracking
Gorilla tracking
Early morning, your guide will take you to the park HQ, at 7.45am you will be at the office of Bwindi impenetrable Forest for pre-briefing and allocation of our private gorilla families at 8.30am you will start the trek after finding the gorillas you will spend with them maximum 1 hour.
Once the formalities of what to do and not to do while tracking the gentle giants are communicated, you will head to the trail-head of the gorilla family you have been allocated.
At the trail-head, you will commence the trek, pushing your way through the undergrowth, to track the gorillas. (the trek can last from 2 hours to 8 hours – a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes).
Once back at the trail-head, your driver/guide will be waiting to take you back to the park HQ where you receive your tracking certificates (evidence of your contribution to the conservation of the majestic gorillas). From here, you return to the lodge for a hot lunch.

Day 6
Take to the skies to Entebbe Airport
Take to the skies to Entebbe Airport
You’ll fly back to Entebbe town (your starting point) and relax as you relive your safari highlights. Depending on how you feel, you can explore some craft shops in Entebbe for a final souvenir shopping or simply relax before departing to the airport from where you’ll catch your departure flight.
If your flight is much later, you can use the facilities at one of our partner Lodges to freshen up ahead of check-in.
At the appropriate time, you will be dropped off at the airport in time for you to check-in for your onward flight to bring to an end what we believe will have been an awe-inspiring Uganda safari.
