Scenic coastal drive: Depart Cape Town via the Clarence Drive Route, one of the most beautiful coastal drives. Stop in Bettys's Bay to visit the African penguin colony. Proceed to Hermanus, famous for whale watching (June–November), and enjoy the charming seaside town.
At noon, embark on an optional cruise for a 2-hour whale-watching experience. You will be back around 3 pm to enjoy this beautiful and charming town, where you will overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast, depart Hermanus and travel along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes towards the heart of the Little Karoo. The journey takes you through rolling farmlands, mountain passes, and charming countryside towns, showcasing the diversity of the Western Cape landscape.
En route, enjoy beautiful views of vineyards, orchards, and rugged mountain ranges before arriving in Oudtshoorn, known as the Ostrich Capital of the World.
Upon arrival, visit a local ostrich farm to learn about the history and importance of the ostrich industry in the region. Continue with a guided tour of the spectacular Cango Caves, one of South Africa’s most impressive natural wonders, featuring magnificent limestone formations and vast underground chambers.
The remainder of the afternoon is at leisure to explore Oudtshoorn or relax at your accommodation.

Day 3

Drive through the stunning Outeniqua Mountains, entering the lush Garden Route. Explore the Knysna Lagoon, visit the iconic Knysna Heads, and stroll through the boutique shops and restaurants.
Featherbed Nature Reserve: Enjoy an eco-tour to the reserve, including a boat ride, 4x4 tractor excursion, and guided walk with spectacular views.
Enjoy the afternoon at leisure at the waterfront or take a drive to Brenton Beach for a warm swim in the Indian Ocean. You will overnight in Knysna.

Day 4

After breakfast, we head to Plettenberg Bay, where we can take an optional ocean safari to see dolphins, seals, and whales (seasonal). Experience the world’s highest commercial bungee jump (216m) or watch others take the plunge. Visit Monkey-land and Birds of Eden. Elephant sanctuary as well.

After breakfast, travel through the beautiful Garden Route towards Tsitsikamma National Park, one of South Africa’s most spectacular coastal wilderness areas.
Upon arrival, enjoy a visit to the famous Storms River Mouth, where a short walk leads to the iconic suspension bridge spanning the river mouth. From here, take in breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, dramatic cliffs, and rugged coastline that make Tsitsikamma one of the country's natural highlights.
For the more adventurous, an optional Kayak and Lilo Adventure offers the chance to paddle through the magnificent Storms River Gorge, exploring hidden caves, towering rock formations, and pristine waters deep within the canyon.
Nature lovers can enjoy scenic forest walks through ancient indigenous forests or experience an optional Canopy Zipline Tour, gliding high above the treetops while taking in spectacular views of the surrounding wilderness.

Travel to Addo National Park, South Africa’s third-largest national park, home to the Big Five.
Afternoon safari game drive: Embark on a 3-hour guided safari, spotting elephants, lions, buffalos, zebras, and more.
Sundowners in the bush: Enjoy a sunset drink in the wilderness while listening to the sounds of nature.
Optional night safari: Experience the thrill of a spotlight night drive, where nocturnal wildlife like hyenas and leopards become active.

Picnic lunch in the park: Enjoy a scenic picnic-style lunch inside Addo.
Afternoon safari: Another chance to track the Big Five and spot elephants at waterholes.
