You'll be picked up from your hotel or airport and driven to the Masai Mara National Reserve as you enjoy the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley. The Masai Mara National Reserve is the northern part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya's most favored wildlife-viewing areas. The reserve covers 700 square miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills. You'll enjoy an afternoon game drive to see the sundowner as you trail the Big Five, i.e., Lions in large prides, elephants, buffalo, zebras, and numerous plains game. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp. Meal plan: Lunch and dinner.

Day 2

Full days spent exploring the park in search of the Big Five/other predators. An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Zebra Plain Mara Camp. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopards, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah —lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.

Day 3

You will leave after breakfast and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park. After approximately 5 hours, you'll arrive and start your game drive at this awe-inspiring park. You'll search for both the black and white rhinos, lions’ antelopes, visit the shorelines for the flamingos and pelicans.
Lake Nakuru’s diverse ecosystem offers a spectacular introduction to the abundance of nature in East Africa.
Dinner and lunch will be at the Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4

You'll leave camp after breakfast and drive to Lake Naivasha. We make a stop at the East African section of the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. It is a geological wonder of the world. You'll enjoy views of a stratovolcano, Mount Longonot, with an 8x12 km caldera is quite a sight to behold. You'll drive on further past the small Italian catholic church built in 1942 during the Second World War, the Italians were prisoners of war, and Kenya at that time was still a British colony until 1963. You'll arrive in time for lunch. Later, after a brief rest, you'll head out for the afternoon’s activities. You'll begin with the boat ride, about one hour in the only freshwater lake in the Kenya Rift Valley that is home to hippos and over 400 bird species. Get pied kingfishers in action, the African fish eagle busy looking for the all-important protein source, the fish. Common carp is the most common fish here.

Day 5

You'll leave the lodge after breakfast and head to Amboseli via Nairobi.
Afterward, you'll enjoy relaxing at the Sentrim Amboseli lodge.
From the 6-hour drive, you'll embark on your first photography game drive looking for elephants and any interesting creative setups. You will end the evening with silhouette photography as the sun goes down.

You'll leave the lodge with a packed lunch, spend the day exploring the wonderful Amboseli National Park. You'll search for cheetahs, lions, and big herds of elephants, which are the main highlights of this beautiful park. In the swamps that are fed by water from Mount Kilimanjaro, there is prolific birdlife as well, hippos, zebras, gnus, and a variety of gazelles and antelopes.

You will leave after breakfast. Your safari guide will drop you at the train station for your Mombasa Train. On arrival in Mombasa, you will be transferred to the Southern Palm Beach Hotel in Diani Beach. You'll check in for 3 nights, where you will enjoy your beach holiday.
