Pick up, Kigali city tour - transfer to Akagera National Park

Today, our guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport, brief you about this trip, then drive you through Kigali city, visit Kigali genocide memorial site, then visit nyamirambo women's center and participate into their local daily activities like cooking local food, waving mats and baskets, sewing African attire and enjoy a local dish at the center.

After lunch, journey to Akagera national park a home of big five northeastern part of Rwanda. Drive through rolling hills of Rwanda with breath taking views of terraced valleys and hills and the tropical rainforests.

Upon arrival at the park, check in, lunch and relaxation at the lodge as you prepare for a night game drive. Being the only savannah national park in Rwanda, and with a stunning view, Akagera is the most interesting while on a night game drive that visitors get a chance to see nocturnal wild animals like hyenas, lions, along with other wildlife Species.

Hot Air Ballon - Sunset Boat Trip

After this adventure, Cruise on the calm waters of Lake Iheme, AKagera’s largest lake, which reveals the park's rich aquatic ecosystems. Morning game drive - back to Kigali

Today, after breakfast in the morning, check out and get into the wild for search of wildlife species that you might have missed in the previous game drives. Akagera national park is giving in the morning when all animals are out of their natural habitants searching for food and some hunting their prey. After this thrilling adventure, drive through the park to exit and embark on your journey to Kigali city. End.
