Spend the day exploring Amboseli’s diverse habitats. The park is famous for its large elephant herds, often seen walking in front of Kilimanjaro, one of Africa’s most iconic images. You’ll also discover buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, hyenas, and over 400 species of birds. At sunset, watch the golden light illuminate Kilimanjaro, creating a memory you’ll never forget. Day 3

After breakfast, you will depart Amboseli and head toward the Namanga border, where you will cross into Tanzania. Continue to Arusha, the vibrant safari capital at the foot of Mount Meru. Spend the afternoon relaxing at your lodge or exploring the town. You will overnight in Arusha.

Day 4

Today, you drive to Tarangire National Park, often called the “home of elephants”. The landscape is dotted with majestic baobab trees, and the park is alive with elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and over 500 species of birds. Depending on the season, you may witness the park’s mini-migration of wildebeest and zebra. After a full day of game viewing, continue to Karatu, a lush highland town, for an overnight stay.

You will rise early for a full-day safari in the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. Descend 600 meters into this natural amphitheater, where wildlife is concentrated like nowhere else. Spot black rhinos grazing quietly, prides of lions, elephants with massive tusks, hippos wallowing in pools, and flamingos coloring the soda lake pink. In the late afternoon, return to Karatu for an overnight stay.
