Situated in eastern Mpumalanga province, Manyeleti Game Reserve shares unfenced borders with Kruger National Park to the east and Sabi Sand Nature Reserve to the south. The easiest way to get there is to fly into Hoedspruit’s Eastgate Airport (HDS) and rent a car. From here, it’s 60km/37mi (under 1 hour*) to Khoka Moya Gate or 80km/50mi (up to 1½ hours*) to Main Gate.
The main entry point to South Africa is O.R. Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg. You can also drive directly from here to Manyeleti; the 500km/311mi trip takes 6 to 7 hours*.
Domestic flights connect Eastgate Airport to O.R. Tambo, Cape Town International Airport (CPT) and, as of May 2026, George Airport (GRJ) on the Garden Route.
