The vast landscapes makes animal viewing easier. Some areas with all sorts of animals gathered looks like a picture right out of a story book.

Heaven on earth. We saw EVERYTHING and there is so much wildlife everywhere. Plus the scenery is just breathtaking.

Almost all the animals you watch on safari can be watched in this majestic savannah.
Drivers use extreme caution to watch predators so you can watch them easily.
For budget travellers, camp lodge is near the Oloolamutia gate, eastern one.
It takes 5 hours drive to the site and for the last hour, it is necessary to go through an unpaved road.
From the gate, the safari area is eastern Mara river, which is very huge savannah.
You can visit also Kenya-Tanzania border site.

Very large area, so even though animal herds can be equally enormous, it can feel "emptier" than Amboseli. THE place to spot big cats, with lots of lions and cheetahs.

camp we stayed in was brilliantly located, in sight of the Mara river and bathing Hippos. It was definitely 5* luxury and worth every penny. Highly recommended. The food, drinks and service were very good. An amazing, unforgettable experience.
