Masai Mara was amazing!!!! from the moment we drove in until we drove out we were seeing animals! We saw lions 3 times!!! More animals than I can mention! I would go back to this park in a heartbeat!

Masai Mara was honestly one of the most beautiful and surreal places I’ve ever experienced. Visiting during the off season made it even more special. There were very few vehicles around, which meant every game drive felt peaceful, intimate, and incredibly raw. Instead of fighting crowds for sightings, we got to sit quietly and truly absorb the beauty of nature around us.
There’s something magical about the vast open landscapes of the Mara when it’s calm and uncrowded. Watching elephants walk across the plains, lions resting in the distance, and sunsets that looked unreal — all without noise or chaos — made the whole experience feel deeply personal and wholesome.
The off season also gave the Mara a different kind of beauty. Everything felt greener, fresher, and more alive. It didn’t feel like a tourist attraction; it felt like stepping into nature exactly the way it’s meant to be experienced. Peaceful, wild, and unforgettable.

Best safari
We experienced our very first safari in the region where safaris originally became famous. We had completely different expectations, imagining a desert-like landscape straight out of a movie. Instead, we were welcomed by green hills, lush trees, and bushes in full bloom. The park is a stunning paradise where wildlife thrives amidst vibrant, untouched nature. We could see the Big Five (and the ugly five? in their wilderness.
The scenery was truly breathtaking!

A large variety of animals however i would feel that our time was th eperfect time to go without to many people.

Lots of animals, but definitely long drive to get there.
