The park has variety of wild animals and it can easily be seen and it has the falls which make the scenic beauty when you are on the top of the falls

Majestic park. Hike to the top of the falls well worth the effort. Unforgettable view.

We spent two days at Murchison Falls National Park ( family of 6 - 4 young adult kids ages 19-25). Murchison Falls is a beautiful park we hiked the falls, went on a game drive and river cruise. Our accommodations at Paraa Lodge were very comfortable. They have a beautiful swimming pool which offers spectacular views of the park. Great for a late afternoon swim. The hike to the top of the falls is well worth the effort. Standing at the top and feeling the power of the water is an amazing experience. The hike is not technically hard but it does get hot and can be slippery at times. I would recommend putting Murchison Falls on the list for a trip to Uganda.

Absolutely breath taking scenery. We didn't see a leopard and there are no rhinos but there is an abundance of giraffes and elephants. We also saw lions and a variety of antelope species. I would return to this park.

What's more amazing than walking in a fabulous park and quickly find themselves on the brink of a upsetting waterfall?

This is what you can feel like visiting this beautiful park, rich of animals and exceptional views!

To be honest, I've never been on a safari before but it was pretty much as I dreamed of it: we've seen everything, starting the day with a leopard, going on with lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes and lots of antilopes, it was very impressive.

After six months of road tripping through Eastern and Southern Africa, Murchison Falls holds up as a favorite memory. The park is stunning and there is so much to do! The boat trip is an obvious yes, but also don't miss the hike to see the falls from the other side. The sound of the thundering falls is seriously impressive! We were self driving, but hired a guide from the park and definitely recommend doing so, we were really impressed by Charles' knowledge and he definitely contributed to our enjoyment. Murchison Falls National Park is well worth a visit and Uganda was one of our very favorite countries! You will find exceptionally friendly people, excellent attractions and affordable options.

The Falls are the most stunning waterfalls we've ever seen! Lots of game (especially giraffes), nice park.

Viewing the Kabalega Falls now named Murchison Falls is simply magical. Here is where the whole river Nile, "the world's longest river" is squeezed through a 5 meter wide cleavage and pounding down through an approximately 45 meters long falls forming an amazing rainbow in the hotter part of the day. This is Uganda's largest conservation area with a vast variety of vegetation cover from open savanna, equatorial rain forest, savanna woodland and
