Our Tour Guide Paul was very good connected and tried his best to give us the best experience

The safari itself was an incredibly beautiful experience, and we were able to see every animal except the rhino. Our tour guide, Paul, was very well connected with other guides and the rangers, and we often received helpful tips.
He always tried to give us the best possible angle for great photos and was also able to explain interesting information.

Poorly organized and not transparent

Do NOT book with them. They do not use their own safari car for group safari but instead throw you in a car with tourists who booked with other safari companies and whose itineraries they have no control over or knowledge of. There was a lot of confusion, delay and waste of time just waiting because everyone stays at a different place and has different specific itineraries, plus the local guide is not directly affiliated with the company so communication was indirect. We almost missed our entrance to Maasai Mara the first day and missed our day at Lake Nakuru. On top of that, they put 8 people in our car which was very uncomfortable for an 8 hour ride on bumpy roads.

Thank you for your feedback. As clearly communicated prior to booking, the group joining safari is a shared experience designed to keep costs lower by combining travelers from various nationalities. This may result in longer pick-up times, limited flexibility in the itinerary, and coordination challenges, as the group follows a set route and schedule with pre-arranged accommodations.

Each vehicle accommodates 7–8 travelers, and game drives operate on a fixed group itinerary, which was shared with you in advance. While we understand this format may not suit all travelers, it is a standard practice in group safaris to ensure logistical efficiency.

Our guide Nick is such a gun. I told him I really want to see leopard and cheetah, he patiently drove pass each trees and check surroundings to look for them!
He has really good driving skills and he is very knowledgeable.
