Vaneshree was our travel agent and I could not have planned this trip without her! After planning for different dates and finally deciding on February she was very patient with me and was able to find me accommodation for the dates we needed in Cape Town and for our safari. A highlight was she recommended to us Tintswalo Atlantic which was truly like she said a hidden gem, highly recommend and thankful she booked it for us. She also helped us find a malaria free safari lodge, which was Impodimo game lodge in Madikwe game reserve. Another highlight of our trip!! We saw the big 5! She arranged for all of our transfers around Cape Town and from Johannesburg airport to the safari seamlessly. Any issues or questions we had she answered in a timely manner. The tour was managed beautifully and the places we stayed were terrific. The views and nearness to the animals was unforgettable. My only advice would be to limit the tour to 2 camps. We visited 4 and it was a lot of packing/unpacking and taking short flights.

My wife and I returned recently from a safari trip arranged by Safari-online and we both enthusiastically tell our friends that this was the trip of a lifetime. We began planning in 2024 by working with our operator, Ilona Biagio. Ilona met with us twice by remote video calls. She took the time to get to know us and find out exactly what we like and know. She had questions for us and did not try to "sell' us a package before she figured out the perfect customized itinerary. I highly recommend to future customers that you begin your journey by meeting with the tour operator face-to-face. Ilona then put together two options and then considering what she knew about us, she guided us to the best option. One more thing: at some point she learned that 2025 was our 20th wedding anniversary, so at each destination, the camp staff did something special for us. We were truely touched. Thank you, Ilona!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Safari Online! From start to finish, everything was seamless, well-organized, and beyond our expectations. The communication before the trip was prompt and helpful, and Ilona made us feel comfortable throughout the process.

Ilona is incredibly knowledgeable, and passionate about curating the perfect itinerary her clients and we felt that every step of the way. She truly is the safari specialist. The communication was frequent at some points, and promptly responses. Before we were set to embark on our trip, she was in constant contact with us and even made us a digital visual of our itinerary to get us even more excited!

We recently returned from a breathtaking safari across Botswana and Zimbabwe, masterfully organized by Safari Online. The process from start to finish was smooth, personal, and incredibly detailed.

Our coordinator, Lindsey Calldo, deserves special recognition. She listened closely to our interests—especially my goal of photographing wildlife—and crafted an itinerary that maximized exposure to Botswana’s stunningly diverse ecosystems. Each lodge—Camp Moremi, Leroo La Tau, Camp Okavango, and Savute Safari Lodge—was handpicked for its setting, comfort, and wildlife access. The trip flowed beautifully from wetlands to woodlands to riverine forests, giving us ideal conditions for photography, relaxation, and immersive game drives.

Over the course of two weeks, we saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalo, crocodiles, monitor lizards, mongooses, warthogs, cheetahs, lions, leopards, serval cat, every antelope species imaginable, and an astonishing variety of birdlife—from fish eagles and lilac-breasted rollers to ground hornbills and African jacanas. Each day offered a new highlight, framed by dramatic landscapes, fiery sunsets, and guides who knew exactly how to position us for the perfect shot.

What really sets Safari Online apart is their depth of experience and responsiveness. Every transfer, lodge detail, and logistical nuance was handled with precision. Lindsey’s recommendations for Desert & Delta Safaris properties were spot-on and added real value to our journey.
