Exceptional Service and Incredible Experience

The communication both before and during my stay was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, which was especially reassuring as a solo traveller. From the moment I arrived, I felt well looked after and completely at ease.
Robert met me at the airport and stayed with me throughout the entire experience, making sure I was checked in and that everything was running smoothly. He dropped me off at each excursion and, on some occasions, accompanied me, explaining what to expect and communicating with the tour operators to ensure they were aware that I was travelling on my own. His support and attention to detail made a huge difference and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy the experience.
The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the gorilla excursion. It exceeded every expectation I had and was a truly unforgettable experience. Seeing the gorillas up close in their natural habitat was incredible and is a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
From start to finish, the whole trip exceeded my expectations. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Robert is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He answered all of my questions, provided valuable insights, and helped me understand what to expect every step of the way.
I would highly recommend this company and am already considering returning to take part in some of their other experiences. The level of service, professionalism, and personal care I received was outstanding. If you're considering booking with them, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed.

Reliable and professional: excellent experience

I have done the 3-day Gorilla Trekking, staying at the Lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort and everything was simply amazing.
Buying the Gorilla Permit is always tricky, especially for solo travellers, but then I found Engagi Safaris on Safari Bookings, I text Robert personally and I understood that I could have fully trusted him. He has always been very responsive, replying immediately for any of my concerns. Don't be scared by the admission fee, is absolutely worth it!
The pick up from Kampala was great, the trip to Lake Bunyonyi, with a stop at the Equator, as well. Robert and Dickson gave me a lot of information about Uganda, its society and environment.
The stay at the lake was awesome, great people, warm welcoming, delicious food and unique activities.
Then the Gorilla trekking, of course. A lifetime experience. Not a lot of people when I went.
They also drove me to Kabale to continue my trip to Kigali by taxi, instead of going back to Kampala.
I met Robert and Dickson as tour guides, but I left them as friends!

A magical experience in Tanzania

Visiting Tanzania had always been a dream for my wife and me. Traveling from India, we were initially a bit nervous about booking our entire itinerary through Engagi Safaris, since we were leaving all the logistics completely in their hands until we landed. However, from the very first moment we arrived, any anxiety vanished. Every single detail over the next 7 days, such as our professional drivers, expert guides and incredible lodges was flawlessly managed for the both of us.

Our itinerary was meticulously customized to fit our timeline and preferences, ensuring we got to experience everything we wanted and more. The execution of the game drives and daily activities was absolute perfection.

A special shoutout to Robert, who was an incredible pillar of support throughout the entire process. Long before we even left India, he guided us on the best times to visit, helped us plan our daily activities, and maintained constant contact to ensure our comfort. It was a truly magical vacation. In fact, we are already planning our next trip to Africa and wouldn't dream of booking it with anyone else. We highly recommend Engagi Safaris to everyone!

Dixon was everything and more for us, the energy and motivation never dipped. We love him!

The Engagi safari tour was like no other, we were picked up and driven to the jungle which was a long drive but due to Dixon and his team it felt short and full of life. I would like to take the chance to advise people who are considering taking the tour to make sure you have the correct equipment (golves, proper footwear, long sleeves) as these are essentials but the team at Engagi will also have you covered and help you along the way! The experience was a once in the lifetime, I'll never forget it for the rest of my life - Thank you Engagi.

Excellent Adventure!

We engaged Engagi for a travel to Murchinson Falls National Park. I must say it was pretty awesome. We had Dickson as our Driver and Guide for the Safari. He was was exceptional. Well spoken, engaging, knowledgeable and a pretty good driver. He endured we were comfortable and went the extra mile to make sure we saw the best Game and had the best adventures we could expect from the trip. Well done Dickson. Definitely recommend him and Engagi for your safaris. Also the vehicle was well maintained. Well done Engagi and Dickson!
