Gorilla Trekking offers a brief, 1-hour encounter with habituated gorilla families for $800. Groups of up to eight hikers join rangers to observe these gentle giants in their natural habitat. The Gorilla Habituation Experience offers a rare deep full-day immersive experience. For $1,500, only four participants join researchers & spend 4 hours with semi-wild gorillas to assist in the training process to make gorillas comfortable with human presence. Both require early starts and physical fitness.
