I was so happy with how they keep time as I hate being late the services were so timely I didn’t have to wait long.. the comfort of the transport vehicles coupled with the exceptional customer service was really amazing.. the staff all knew their roles which made the experience phenomenal

We were a group of 3 and we had an amazing 5 day safari to Bwindi impenetrable national park with Menlyn Tours and travel.The communication was excellent and Jackie was very helpful and responsive throughout the trip.

Our guide was very knowledgeable,friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was very well organized and the service was excellent from start to finish.

We highly recommend Menlyn Tours and travel for anyone planning a safari in Uganda.We had such a memorable experience and I would definitely travel with them again.

We had a 7 days primates and wildlife safari with Menyln Tours and Travel and I can confirm that it was the best experience of our lives. Everything was carefully crafted, the experiences, accommodation and guide were all top notch. The gorillas were our highlight and the cultural experience.
