A Fantastic and Incredible Journey—Kenya and Tanzania

We booked a grand loop safari through Kenya and Tanzania from September 25 to October 8. Henry is an excellent organizer. We saw so many incredible sights and rare, once-in-a-lifetime moments.

The accommodations were comfortable throughout the trip. Each of the three local guides had their own unique style. Peter is incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and helped us spot nearly all the big 5. Shaban was meticulous, attentive, and tireless. In addition to leading our safari, Steven also introduced us to the culture of the Maasai people.
There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but everything got sorted out smoothly. Thanks to Henry for staying online and helping out!

Since we arrived at Nairobi, everything has been prepared. All of them r very friendly and knowledgeable. Our driver is the most experienced and reliable and also friendly. He had over 30 years experience, and he bring us to find lots of animals. Moreover, he is not only tell us about animals, also lots of local life style. If I will came again, will still choose with us. Thx again!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Excellent Service

I had an amazing experience with this company from beginning to end. The service was excellent, and everything was very well organized.

Henry was extremely professional and helpful throughout my trip. He was with me in Nairobi, assisted me with the hotels and everything I needed, and provided excellent service. He then took me to the domestic airport for my flight to the Masai Mara.

When I arrived at the airstrip, I met my guide, who is from the Maasai community. He was a very kind and friendly person, spoke English very well, and was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. From the very first game drive, I was lucky enough to see the Big Five!

The choice of camp in the Masai Mara was excellent, and all the hotels arranged for me in Nairobi were luxurious and of a very high standard. I was extremely happy with the accommodation throughout the entire trip.

The safari was truly one of the best experiences and some of the most beautiful days of my life. Everything was handled professionally, and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire trip.

I will definitely do another safari with the same company again in the near future. Thank you so much to Henry, my guide, and the entire team for making this experience unforgettable!

We have just returned from a Kenyan safari organised by Josero Tours and Safaris. The safari itinerary was great and we were able to tailor to our needs / accommodation requirements. The communication and organisation post booking could have been better for our reassurance and there was a small hiccup with our airport transfers, but overall the trip went smoothly and was good value for money.
Our guide, John, was fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable and is a real asset to the company.
The safari experience was absolutely amazing and I would have no problem booking with Josero again.
