Help with building the itinerary to suit our needs.
Always available to answer any questions, tell us what we needed to make our trip go without a hitch.
Uganda - Met as was told, Driver guide (Benjamin) excellent throughout ensured we saw all that we could, Rhino's, Elephants, Leopards, Lions, Hippo's. Crocodiles. Birds, Falls excellent much much more on all our game drives.
We travelled to where we could have the Gorilla experience, amazing we did 2 days a great recommendation from Ellie such an amazing experience one we will not forget different on both days, We also recommend 2 days 1 is not enough to get the full experience, Our driver again was super even suggested the Pangolin rescue centre.
The accommodation throughout was outstanding, food excellent, staff wherever we went could not do enough for us.
Transfer to Zanzibar for R&R - lovely hotel, staff good, the trips good - Turtle rescue centre good.

5 star trip and would recommend Wayfairer Travel. Staff very knowledgeable about the countries, the ground staff good.

I had an amazing journey across southern African countries. Etienne and Lorna from Wayfairer travels organised my entire itinerary with fabulous accommodations, locations and hosts. Everything went as per plan without any single issue throughout 15 days of my trip.

Went on an anniversary trip to kenya & Seychelles over the new year. All aspects of this trip were amazing. Started with my initial consultation with Ellie who crafted a bespoke itinerary for our Safari in the Maasai Mare. Accommodations were exceptional and the animal viewings exceeded expectations. We’d never been on Safari before and it was life changing. All transfers were seamless with help and guidance at every point.
Lorna was our point person while on the trip and she responded to all of our what’s app questions immediately.
I can only say, if you are going to do a bucket list trip of a lifetime, do it right. Honestly can’t recommend Wayfairer more highly.

Ellie, Lorna, Aggi and fellow colleagues from Wayfairer did an outstanding job advising and organising our 10day safari to Kenya. Having never been to Africa let alone on safari, we were keen to get a company advising us, my wife has dietary requirements hence needed to make sure that GF food was available as well as that the hotels/camps knew how to cater for Coeliacs. And all advise and subsequent steer where to go turned out to be beyond our wildest dreams. We had a beautiful tented camp in Loisaba and a well managed tented stay in the Masia Mara. I didn’t needed to think about anything everything was organised upfront and we as a family had just to go along with the ride. The food was excellent! Our game drives were brilliant and in the first two days we had seen the big 5 already. What an experience, really good. Thank you for Wayfarer for taking care of us, not only with a beautiful itinerary and our own brochure, but also be there on whattap if we had any questions. A great safari al round and I wild go with Wayfairer again.

We travelled on safari in August 2025 and had a very positive experience overall. Aggie and Ellie were a great team getting us prepared for our safari adventure in Uganda. The planning was thoughtful and responsive, and the safari delivered truly memorable wildlife encounters, excellent guiding, and experiences we will treasure forever. Wild Frontier, Wayfairer's partner guiding company in Uganda was exceptional. Our guide kept us safe, he was professional and super knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate our needs.

While the trip was very well organized, we had concerns from the begining about a 4 hour hike to our lodge the day before the gorilla trek which we knew would be challenging and we did not in any way want to jeopardize the trek. With Wayfairer's guidance, we dedided to go with it and then changed our minds the day before. Our guide worked diligently with his team to organize a driver instead which turned out to be a wonderful solution. The drive was in part on VERY rough roads but the scenery through the mountains was absolutely spectacular!

Overall, this was a truly rewarding and well-planned safari, and we were really satisfied with the accommodations and the support provided.
