Jemimah was amazing.

Jemimah was very sweet and attentive with me before and during the tour and always either answered my calls or would call me back as soon as she could. She would sometimes even call and message me on her own to check in with me. I really enjoyed talking to her and she is a great person overall.

Everything fine

Everything went fine: communication pre and during the trip, the service (Michael is a kind and experienced guide), value for money (all the hotels were good for budget standards, and the food was always delicious), reliability. We were never left to ourselves or short of answers, and no big problem arose. Thanks to the team, we were able to have an unforgettable, amazing trip that we'll cherish forever.

Thank you Drone Safari Africa for a great safari, everything was very professional and we had a wonderful experience.

Two small points for improvement: we would have appreciated being informed that the night in Ngorongoro is very cold, and the Kenya–Tanzania border transfer could be more clearly organized.

Overall, we were very happy with the trip. Thank you again!

From inquiry until the moment i landed in my homecountry they have been super helpful with everything. Not only with the safari itself but they also helped me with visum, stay, etc
