Always on time, always attentive, always well informed and educacional. A great overall experience. Learned a lot about the country and its people. Great respect for the Serengueti and its habitants. Tour guides Simon and Liber were very knowledgeable and wonderf drivers

The tour operator always answers fast and got back to me asap. I have nothing bad to say about the tour operator. Although we were not satisfied with the quality of car, it was not in a good condition, I mentioned the problems to the tour operator afterwards. And also we were unlucky with our guide / driver, he did not explain anything about the animals, the culture, the country, the nature or whatsoever. Which I expect from a good, well experienced guide.
