We’re grateful to Eliad, the sales.He helped us to patiently revise the itinerary for 8 times. He tried to serve us even when he’s off work, and he struggled to meet our needs though it’s not easy.That’s why we select Serengeti Smile after several quotes.
When it comes to our guide Campion, he’s a young man so talented both in eyesight and memory that he brought us so many exciting and exclusive moments to witness animals. Just make a wish on the vehicle, he will surely make you satisfied. He likes to drive slow but sure, but be careful, if he suddenly speeds up, good things are waiting for you!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 5-day safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile, and I can confidently say it was the trip of a lifetime. From start to finish, every detail was thoroughly planned and flawlessly executed.

The true stars of the experience were our safari guides, Emmanuel and Dominic. Their expertise and passion for the wildlife and the Serengeti ecosystem were clear in every moment. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but their enthusiasm was contagious. They had an uncanny ability to spot animals that we would have never seen on our own, and they were instantly able to name every animal we saw, as well as provide information about their behavior and habits. Their stories and insights added a deep layer of understanding and appreciation to every sighting. They went above and beyond to get us as close to the animals as possible for the best viewing experience! Additionally, we had the pleasure of enjoying dinner together in the lodges — sharing stories of our individual experiences and discussing many topics, from family, to sports, to politics, to geography and more.

The accommodations provided were outstanding, offering the perfect blend of comfort and immersion in nature. Waking up to the sounds of the savannah and enjoying luxurious amenities in such a remote setting was beyond my expectations. The staff at each lodge and camp were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring that we felt at home while being surrounded by the wild beauty of Tanzania. The dining options were superb, and I enjoyed every moment.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to see a wide variety of wildlife while also providing ample time to relax and soak in the breathtaking landscapes. Each day brought new adventures and unforgettable experiences. We even got to spend some time with the Maasai people, learning firsthand about their culture and way of life. I cannot express enough how unbelievable this safari was!

Emmanuel and Dominic went above and beyond to create a safari experience that was not only seamless and enjoyable but also deeply enriching. I left Tanzania with a heart full of gratitude, a camera bursting with stunning photos, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Thank you, Emmanuel, Dominic, and Serengeti Smile, for an extraordinary adventure. I can't wait to return (and I most definitely will return)!
