Excellent staff, accommodation selection and organization

We selected the mid range Safari tour to see the great migration at Serengeti. They organized the itinerary and provided separate private single accommodations for our group of 3. All the meals were healthy and delicious. They arranged a guide Abel who speaks Spanish and is very knowledgeable of local culture and animals. The driver Jonh was a fantastic ranger, driving safely always. He was always in the right time for the best views and respecting the distance from animals and other cars. We could see the great migration and the big 5.

We had an absolutely amazing time in the Serengeti! A special thank you to Francesca, who assisted us with our tour arrangements and made everything so seamless. And a huge shoutout to Joshua our tour guide , who made our trip truly unforgettable. His kindness, knowledge, and incredible service made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience which I attribute to our guide Domi. He would ask every morning how everyone was doing and what we wanted to see for the day and then he would make it happen. It was truly the experience of a lifetime.

Francisca organized a tailor-made program for us based on our needs and possibilities, and was always available for information and clarifications. Champion, our guide, was fantastic, he knows the parks very well and always knows how to spot the animals, always with respect for nature. Our safari with Serengeti Smile was an unforgettable experience. Starting with the organization, thanks to the help of Francisca, who was impeccable. Our guide Champion was fantastic — he led us through the wilderness with enthusiasm and tireless energy, taught us so much about the animals, and of course helped us make some incredible sightings. The price was very fair, and the lodges where we stayed were extremely comfortable.
