My tour guide, Reginald, was extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. He was able to navigate uncertainty and adapt to unforeseen flight delays with a Hakuna Matata mindset. He was able to still understand our requests and made sure we were able to visit all the sites despite the schedule changes last minute. Reginald is also extremely experienced with the habits of the native animals. He spotted the Big 5 extremely fast, within the first two days of our 6 day trip. His knowledge of the landscape and animal habits made our drive very calm and eventful. Every moment was filled with wonder and new sightings. There was never a dull moment. We also got an extremely good spot for the wildebeest migration as well, similar to having court side seats at a sporting event. If I ever go back, I would definitely choose Reginald again! 10/10!

Wonderful experience, much better than the expected. Everything was perfect. The places were to stay were beautiful, some of them in the middle of the savana. We woke up with elephants and zebras very close to our tents

Communication with Serengeti Smile was one of the smoothest I ever dealt with on any vacation I’ve planned, always responding in a timely manner and answering all my questions. We have traveled over 1,500km in a Toyota Land Cruiser over the last ten days starting from the Kilimanjero International Airport near Arusha then on to Tarangire and Serengeti National Park and finally reaching the Mara River in northern Tanzania before visiting Ngorogoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park on the return leg. This trip has been something I dreamed about after reading National Geographic magazine articles when I was a kid. It was an adventure that I can best describe as magical. There is something about the spirit of the people, the unbelievable beauty and contrast of the landscapes, the sounds of the animals at night from your tent, and the diversity of the wildlife that makes you feel truly alive. Our guide Libe Essau who works for Serengeti Smile is awesome. He is a fully bilingual tour guide professional with comprehensive experience who specializes in the Serengeti region and brings comfort and appropriate pacing to enjoy nature. His abilities to spot wildlife, provide information, keep us safe, know exactly where we are and where we are going, and drive a Toyota Land Cruiser are remarkable. Serengeti Smile has proven to us that they are among the best tour operators in Tanzania. Everthing they told us was factual and they absolutely delivered on all aspects of the safari. Plus they are a locally owned company based in Arusha. Both Libe and Serengeti Smile are highly recommended. We have traveled to many places including the Amazon, Galapagos, the Arctic, Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Mexico the name a few and this trip was one of the very best. There is no place quite like Tanzania!!!
