Tour operator was Good communication wise

The tour operator always answers fast and got back to me asap. I have nothing bad to say about the tour operator. Although we were not satisfied with the quality of car, it was not in a good condition, I mentioned the problems to the tour operator afterwards. And also we were unlucky with our guide / driver, he did not explain anything about the animals, the culture, the country, the nature or whatsoever. Which I expect from a good, well experienced guide.

The company Serengeti Smile organized our family trip for late October and early November 2025.
After landing at the Kogatende airstrip, in the northeastern part of the Serengeti, we traveled south through the park with our ranger John.
The organization was excellent and meticulous, and Erick, with whom we had been in contact via email for several months, was very patient and quick to create a customized itinerary according to our requests. The entire company staff was punctual and professional.
Our ranger John made this trip a truly memorable experience. He is highly experienced, kind, attentive, precise, organized, sensitive to everyone’s needs, and deeply respectful toward both the animals and nature.
With him, we were able to witness the Great Migration and the Mara River crossing, admire unforgettable landscapes, and observe lions, leopards, black rhinos, cheetahs, and countless herbivores.
We will definitely return, entrusting our next adventure to this company and to John’s guidance!

I highly recommend Serengeti Smiles. From the very beginning, our advisor Godian helped us plan the entire safari and tailor it to our wishes. He was always promptly available, providing solutions to any questions and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip. The accommodations he booked for us were fantastic. A 10 out of 10 for Godian!!
As for the safari, our Spanish-speaking guide Daniel and our driver Zack were incredible! They were constantly looking for the perfect spot for us to see the animals and ensure we enjoyed every day of the journey through each park. A huge thank you to both of them for making our trip so wonderful! We recommend this couple without hesitation!! ;)
