We had a great experience which I attribute to our guide Domi. He would ask every morning how everyone was doing and what we wanted to see for the day and then he would make it happen. It was truly the experience of a lifetime.

Francisca organized a tailor-made program for us based on our needs and possibilities, and was always available for information and clarifications. Champion, our guide, was fantastic, he knows the parks very well and always knows how to spot the animals, always with respect for nature. Our safari with Serengeti Smile was an unforgettable experience. Starting with the organization, thanks to the help of Francisca, who was impeccable. Our guide Champion was fantastic — he led us through the wilderness with enthusiasm and tireless energy, taught us so much about the animals, and of course helped us make some incredible sightings. The price was very fair, and the lodges where we stayed were extremely comfortable.

Jeremiah and the entire Serengeti Smile team made our safari experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable from the very beginning. Jeremiah was responsive, helpful, and made sure every detail was handled so we could simply enjoy the trip without worrying about the logistics.

The entire experience felt organized, personal, and welcoming, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about making sure we had an amazing time in Tanzania.

Combined with having Muli as our guide, Serengeti Smile gave us an experience we will never forget. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Muli was an incredible guide and truly made our Tanzania safari unforgettable. His knowledge of the wildlife, the parks, and the local culture added so much to the experience, and his patience, kindness, and sense of humor made every day enjoyable.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and having a great time, and he even helped make my birthday extra special with thoughtful surprises that meant a lot to us. I had a chance to experience a surprise birthday party with the warm staff at Classic View Lodge and the Maasai arranged by Muli and it truly is a moment I will never forget.

By the end of the safari, Muli felt less like a guide and more like family. If you have the opportunity to safari with him, you are in excellent hands.
