From First-Timers to Happy Travelers – Zero Hiccups

This was our first safari and our first time visiting South Africa, and choosing The Kruger Safari Co. turned out to be the best decision we made.

From the very first introductory video call, Wayne came across as warm, professional, and completely transparent about every aspect of the trip. He patiently answered all our questions before booking—always promptly and in detail—which really helped put us at ease.

Once the trip began, everything was perfectly coordinated. We didn’t experience a single hiccup along the way, which made a huge difference as first-time visitors. It gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to just relax and enjoy the entire experience.

I would advise all my family and friends to book with Wayne from The Kruger Safari Co. without a doubt and definitly use it personally again.

We had a great time on the Safari, Wayne was very helpful in arranging everything and helping when we had questions. The safari itself was well run and a special shoutout to the team at the Kruger Adventure Lodge who were excellent during our stay. The food there also was brilliant. The transfers at the airport were a little confusing but once you are on your way you will have a great time!

We probably will only have one chance to visit South Africa in our lifetime. We are glad we had The Kruger Safari Company and Wayne along the way. From the time we landed to the time we left, every detail was accounted for. The lodges we stayed at were much more than we expected. The staff, the accommodations, and the guides were exceptional. If we are ever lucky enough to return, The Kruger Safari Company is the first call we will make. The value was much more than we expected and our experience had such an impact that we count this trip as our best. If we had any questions, Wayne was always quick to respond. Don't be disappointed with another company and use this company to arrange your trip. You won't regret it.

Amazing in every detail!

From the beginning to the end, we were so well taken care of in every detail- accommodations more than met our expectations; customer service was excellent; guides & trackers were extremely knowledgeable & went to all extents to give us amazing game drives; transportation details were handled perfectly & timely; food was excellent & a lot of it. Wayne did such a terrific job in arranging every detail of this trip of a life time! Thank you, Wayne!

We are a group of 4 couples that just returned from the most amazing safari orchestrated by Wayne Barnes of the Kruger Safari Company. The itinerary that Wayne put together was perfect from the lodges we stayed in to the game drives, food, transport and overall hospitality. Everything was so well executed to the smallest detail. Wayne even added a side trip to Victoria Falls even though it wasn’t within his normal area of expertise. If you are looking for a truly life changing trip, I highly recommend reaching out to Wayne to plan it for you. You will not be disappointed!
