The planned route was exactly right for the time we had available (1 day Lake Nakuru, 5 days Maasai Mara).
Our guide John was very kind, he made sure we found all of the great animals and even invited us to his home for a great lunch.
We went on this safari week for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience.
Organization was perfect and flexible to our preferences (e.g. when to start in the mornings and afternoons), and we didn't need to even think about any logistical things.

Amazing honeymoon safari with an amazing guide

My husband and I did our honeymoon safari with Fabrics of Adventure Safaris. The communication was excellent, James was helpful and responsive from the start of the process. As this was a private tour, we tweaked all aspects of it together such that it fit our tastes and budget. We transferred the full amount before coming to Kenya and everything worked flawlessly. I wanted to mention this aspect specifically because it is a lot of money and I would like to stress that everything worked as intended.

Itinerary:
- We did 1 day Nakuru (saw rhinos, especially a baby rhino, tons of buffalo's, zebras, antilopes, giraffes, flamingos and a lion).
- 2 days Mara triangle in the Kilima camp. We did two really nice bush walks with a local guide and also game drives. Saw many elephants on the game drives.
- 3 days Masai Mara: saw about 10 lions per day in small groups. Highlights were a big group of vultures devouring an eland carcass and 4 lions feeding on a freshly killed wilderbiest. And of course the cheetah was amazing. Also saw hippos and crocodiles.

Our guide John was very nice and highly knowledgeable. He knew all animals, plants and birds we asked about and could tell us about their behavior, feeding and breeding habits. We learned so much. He even invited us to his home and his wife cooked us a traditional Masai lunch, this was so special and amazing. John was very dedicated to providing us with a great safari experience. Towards the end of our safari, we were mainly looking for a cheetah. He drove us to places where the cheetahs like to be but we couldn't find it. But then, because he is so well connected, some of his guide friends told him that a cheetah was sighted within an hour drive from where we were so he drove us there.

Overall, I highly recommend Fabrics of Adventure safaris and will also recommend it to my friends and family if they look into a safari in kenya.

James was just a call away to assist and guide for any help we needed!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Fabrics of Adventure Safari for our Kenya trip to Masai Mara. James was our point of contact and was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the planning and trip. They offered us a very good price and were always available on call. Everything was well organised, from the safari arrangements to the transfers and accommodation. We had a memorable and hassle-free experience and would definitely recommend Fabrics of Adventure Safari to anyone planning a Kenya holiday.

My only complaint is that the company's payment policies are weird. They prefer you to pay the entire amount to them in cash(American Dollars) on landing. We were 3 and hence the amount was huge to carry in cash. If you want to pay online then the entire amount along with a very high surcharge fees has to transferred in Dollars 4 days before reaching.

Nevertheless it was a great trip and hope to plan another trip with Fabrics of Adventure Safaris soon! Cheers!!!

Simon our tour guide was outstanding! His knowledge profession patience and passion for his work made the entire journey exciting and enjoyable .he always ensured that we were comfortable safe and had the best possible Safari experience his ability to spot wildlife and share the interesting stories through Sam it made the journey even more memorable
Sam our Chinese translator was equally amazing he made communication easy and enjoyable,always ensuring that everyone understood and felt included .His friendliness patience and positive energy brought everyone closer together and made the whole experience feel like family journey or Safari

We had absolutely amazing Safari experience thanks to our our wonderful tour guide Simone Sadler’s and our Chinese translator Sam
Simone was incredibly professional knowledgeable friendly and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our Safari
A special thank you to Sam our Chinese translator who did an excellent job ensuring smooth communication throughout the journey he was patient friendly and more so interactive
He made everyone feel included and and comfortable
Together Simon and Sam made our Safari not only enjoyable but also unforgettable we truly appreciate all the effort care laughter and wonderful memories they gave us
