the guide is a very good and give us all the explanations we asked for, he was very efficient
the hotels we chose were very good, as was the food
encounters with gorillas and golden monkeys were magical

Right from the inquiry to the actual tour, everything was very smooth - I found this tour company to be very communicative and responsive. They answered all my queries with patience. I landed at odd hour in middle of the night, my tour guide Richard Ngabo was waiting outside the arrivals for me - he displayed lot of enthusiasm in welcoming me even at that odd hour. Over next 2 days I travelled with Richard to see the sights in the city followed by Chimpanzee tracking and Canopy Walk at Nyungwe Forest National Park. Richard again was very patient in answering various queries and was very proactive in sharing various insights about Rwanda and the sights we were seeing. I had a great time with Richard and made some wonderful memories - would highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Rwanda. Also highly recommend Hermosa Tours for their professional services

For the past couple of years, I learned that this team are naturally a leading tourism pure play operator in any team setting.

I also learned to trust their offerings ever since our first adventure with Hermosa hiking Bisoke Mountain in the fall of 2020.

Our 3-day tour was INCREDIBLE! Akagera National Park is indeed a stunning destination with its diverse wildlife and beautiful landscapes. Pairing it with a Golden Monkey Trek made the experience even more special.

Our tour guide, Damascene, was so kind and knowledgeable. With 10 years of experience, it’s no surprise that he knew everything and made us feel at home. His kindness, knowledge, and ability to accommodate our requests greatly enhanced our time in Rwanda.

Hi i went to akegera national park whit "Hermosa Life" my guide tour (Pacifique) pick me up on point and he was very gentle,that makes me feel comfy traveling alone ,the day at akagera was stunning i can't belive how beautifull it is !
