Great experience with Zanzi
We chose Zanzi after getting 3 quotes. It was the best price and had the best configuration of parks and time in Zanzibar. They were easy to deal with in the lead up to the trip and they were flexible, allowing us to switch a night in Zanzibar for an extra night to do Lake Manyara. The tour itself was great, we saw lots of animals. I wouldn't recommend Lake Manyara, there are no longer lions in trees or flamingos as advertised, just the occasional elephant and some baboons (that's not Zanzi's fault, just how it is). The accommodation was all great. Our tour guide, Ishmael, was very knowledgable and knew his way around the game parks. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Zanzi

Well-informed, very responsive and super reliable
Booked with them a 7-day hiking expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro's Uhuru peak. Communication via email and WhatsApp was prompt and responsive. From picking us up from the hotel to guiding us through the mountain for 7 days, we always felt secure and well taken care of. George, the mountain guide, alongside his team (porters, cook, etc), was extremely experienced and patient. I highly recommend.
