Exceptional communication, seamless planning, unforgettable safari experience throughout.

Working with Wayne to plan my safari was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Despite what I assume was a 6-hour time difference, questions were answered incredibly promptly, often within minutes. I’m very detail-oriented and definitely peppered him with questions throughout the planning process, but he consistently responded with thoughtful, thorough information that left me feeling informed and confident every step of the way.

The safari itself was unforgettable. Everything was extremely well organized, reliable, and seamlessly executed from arrival through departure. The guides were amazing and made the experience even more special with their knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality. The accommodations were fantastic, and every detail of the trip felt carefully considered and well done.

Overall, the experience provided tremendous value for the money, and I would absolutely recommend Wayne to anyone planning a safari. I came away with incredible memories and an experience that exceeded expectations.

This was actually our first time ever booking a safari, and Wayne at Krugar Safari Co made the whole process incredibly easy. They secured us a truly amazing stay at a really lovely lodge, and we were able to participate in daily safari excursions, which was fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience on this trip and was extremely satisfied overall. The accommodations were comfortable and well arranged, and the safari itinerary was both exciting and thoughtfully planned.

A special highlight was the cuisine prepared by Chef Forward — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the journey.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable travel experience!

Reliable and Safe

We loved and recommend the experience! We did a 5 day safari tour at the Adventure Lodge. When we arrived, we did a sunset tour, then we had two safari days leaving the lodge at 5:30 am and arriving at 3 pm, and the panorama tour day. We were really fortune to see all big 5 in one day, but the second day was key to actually getting the lion picture. Truly, we loved our days in Kruger and did not want to leave. Kruger is a magical and beautiful place if you like wildlife and it was a privilege to see so many animals. We were lucky to see baby elephants, leopards, lions and hyenas. The lodge was also great and had a full vegetarian menu which was vital for me. I really appreciate the experience!

If I could make perhaps a suggestion it would be on communication. It would be nice to receive a confirmation 24 hours in advance and keep in contact about the transfer. Our transfer back to the city was over an hour late and I only knew what was happening because another traveler was getting live updates on WhatsApp. She also got messages the day before and other communication on WhatsApp thoughtout her trip which help us organize. Nothing major though, our experience was still amazing!

I highly recommend using The Kruger Safari Company. I requested quotes from three operators and one didn’t met my requested criteria and the other said something was available when it wasn’t. Waynes team got me exactly what I wanted, made a change to fly instead of driving and answered my questions promptly. The arranged drivers were professional and downright funny at times. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again for a smooth worry free experience.
