When traveling somewhere you’ve never been, no amount of research can compare to the level of intimate knowledge provided by someone who has repeatedly been to the area you are traveling to.

I completely lucked out in finding the Kruger Safari Company. The top notch communication and level of knowledge cannot be improved upon. Their recommendation of Greenfire Lodge, which was based on questions asked of what I was looking for, was spot on.

The airport transfers, the flights, and the lodge were all booked by Kruger Safari Company. All I had to do was show up.

The level of customer suooort didn’t stop there. Wayne reached out to inform me that Capetown airport had shut down for the day due to weather but that I should just relax and enjoy the safari and he would monitor the situation. There was no contractual reason for him to do this…he just did it.

I am thankful to have found them and have already recommended them to a dozen other people for their next Africa adventure.

Everything was wonderful! They made this once-in-a-lifetime trip smooth and easy! The pickup was seamless, the lodge was great and the animals were amazing.

Working with Wayne to plan my safari was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Despite what I assume was a 6-hour time difference, questions were answered incredibly promptly, often within minutes. I’m very detail-oriented and definitely peppered him with questions throughout the planning process, but he consistently responded with thoughtful, thorough information that left me feeling informed and confident every step of the way.

The safari itself was unforgettable. Everything was extremely well organized, reliable, and seamlessly executed from arrival through departure. The guides were amazing and made the experience even more special with their knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality. The accommodations were fantastic, and every detail of the trip felt carefully considered and well done.

Overall, the experience provided tremendous value for the money, and I would absolutely recommend Wayne to anyone planning a safari. I came away with incredible memories and an experience that exceeded expectations.
