A legitimate, systematic tour operator. They delivered a very smooth service.
Our driver-guide Ezekiel is a professional and passionate person. He knows and cares deeply about wildlife. He can accurately predict the movement of elephant herds and always finds excellent photo angles for us. He drives fast yet safely. He is very attentive — after his long hard working days, he still always checks whether the guests are happy. We were so lucky to have such a professional driver-guide.

I cannot recommend ETA highly enough for the exceptional safari experience they provided. From the initial planning stages to the execution of the tour itself, the level of professionalism, organisation and attention to detail was truly outstanding.
This was a trip that involved nearly a year of research and planning, and throughout that entire period, Derrick was absolutely fantastic. His communication was exceptional, keeping me updated, answering my questions and ensuring I was informed at every stage. Having someone so reliable, approachable and committed to delivering a first-class experience made the entire process so much easier and gave me complete confidence in the arrangements.
The logistical proficiency demonstrated by ETA was equally impressive. Everything was organised exceptionally well, reflecting a tour operator that understands the importance of preparation, coordination and delivering on its promises. The professionalism shown throughout the experience was second to none, and it was clear that considerable thought and effort had gone into ensuring everything ran smoothly.
Derrick deserves particular recognition for his dedication and outstanding customer service. Being available and supportive throughout almost a year of planning speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients. His professionalism, responsiveness and personal approach genuinely set him apart.

Amazing safari!
We had an amazing experience. The communication was excellent, the service was professional, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Francis was especially wonderful, friendly, kind, patient, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Frenky is great tour guide and safari driver
Great experience on safari with them, we saw cheetah with cabs, we saw leopard in bushes and in open site, lion was in front of us also an elephant with small baby
A fantastic, well organised experience
I did the 10 day safari of both Kenya and Tanzania. The Kenya part was run by ETA Adventure Safaris, then handed over to Seven Wonders in Tanzania. ETA still oversaw handing over to the Tanzania company and ensuring I was collected and taken to the airport for my flight at the end, which was great.
ETA was well organised and provided me with a wonderful experience. I felt it was great value for money. I was lucky enough to have one guide, John, for the majority of the safari and he exceptional. He drove smoothly, stopped long enough for photos and knew a lot of information. He was kind and became a friend. Overall, I had a great experience with eta!
