We got lucky!
We got lucky.
We booked without anyone's recommendation, but boy did we get lucky. Tremisana Lodge and the tour run by Viva Safaris organised everything for us. The lodge itself was perfect for us with clean and spacious rooms. The food was so delicious and the staff were always friendly. It was so nice to see the camaraderie within the guides and staff. Going on a game drive has a certain amount of luck, but the knowledgeable guides certainly increase the chances of seeing all types of animals. We will go again.

My seven-day safari with Viva Safaris was an unforgettable experience! The absolute highlight was our extraordinary guides, whose knowledge of the bush and wildlife was incredible. They answered every question with enthusiasm and expertise, making every day a learning experience. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food and kitchen team were wonderful. I always felt safe. An exceptional experience from start to finish, made truly special by the people who brought it to life. I definitely got more than my moneys worth! Highly recommend!

"Keep it simple, focus on nature, and prepare to be blown away
6 days 5 nights done at tremisana. If you look for an authentic experience this is the place to go. Fokus on wildlife, throrough knowlege of guides, very friendly staff and mama d cooks simply fabulous and authentic food. The rooms are basic but clean. I was looking for that kind of trip and was not in search of a luxury lodge. To me it was an amazing stay overall and the focus is the wildlife. That is why i was there and i was very satisfied, for a backpacker and globetrotter just purrfect. đź‘Ť
