Unforgettable

We had an incredible safari trip covering both Kenya and Tanzania in July, and the tour was very well organized. We really appreciated all the arrangements and support throughout the trip.

It was an absolute highlight to witness the great migration and see all the animals we had hoped to see! We also want to give a special thanks to all of our safari drivers for their knowledge, patience, and dedication. They made our game drives such an enjoyable experience.

We especially want to thank Moses, our airport pickup driver, who went out of his way to drive a very long distance to bring our delayed luggage to us. We really appreciated his kindness and extra effort.

Solo female safari trip

My 5-day safari tour with Rogers was compact yet fulfilling! We saw all of Big 5, and many more animals. Rogers was very patient and gave me a lot of reassurance. I am a solo female traveller on this trip so he made sure that safety was the top priority here. We had a lot of fun, and I would do it again!

Our experience with Soul of Tanzania was amazing! Of note, the company only does business as Soul of Tanzania and the business name is Unlimited Expeditions (for purposes of searching the business license). We planned the trip with Marta, who was very responsive and helpful with tailoring our itinerary to our needs. Once we arrived in Arusha, our guide, Maleo, was ready to go. Maleo was SO knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystem, and he brought humor and energy to every single day. We called him a walking encyclopedia. We had no problems with any of our accommodations. The food was awesome. The only minor hiccup involved a late transfer to the airport in Zanzibar that was the hotel's fault, not SOT. I would certainly recommend SOT. It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip and I wish I could relive it all over.

I had an 8th day safari organised, where I visited Tarangire, NgoroNgoro, south, central and North of the Serengeti. The safari was fantastic, extremely well organised with good time in every location, the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The organisation and the communication before the safari was also excellent - I cannot recommend it enough!

Our safari with Soul of Tanzania was amazing! We worked with Marta to curate an 8 day safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Central and North Serengeti. Marta’s knowledge, response time and guidance were so helpful in making this a trip of a life-time! The itinerary was perfect! We all had some expectations, but they were exceeded before even leaving Tarangire.  
Both Enock and Stanley were amazing guides. Their knowledge of the wild life and the environment were exceptional. Enock’s 16 years of experience showed in everything we did. He is the most patient, kind, knowledgeable, warm-hearted person. We felt blessed to have him as a guide. Stanley was also very knowledgeable, fun and a perfect match for the younger travelers. Their ability to spot the wildlife was nothing short of miraculous. We never felt rushed, always felt safe and they always had our best interest in mind. 
We saw so many animals up close -lion cubs eating a fresh kill while their mother stood guard, a baby giraffe just born, with umbilical cord still hanging and nursing from its mother, baby leopards, lions mating, ostriches mating, bloodied hyenas after a kill, herds of elephants with lots of babies, dazzles of zebras, and the wildebeest migration!! I could go on forever!
Every day brought an opportunity to see the animals in different environments. The night game drive was also amazing! 
The lodges were all wonderful with our favorites being the Nyikani Tarangire, Nimali Serengeti (favorite of the female travelers) and Karibu River Camp (North).  The staff, accommodations, service, and food were all 5-stars!
