The best companions to visit Uganda

A travel in Uganda , a wonderful and green country filled with an exuberant nature and true humanity. We relied on this local tour operator ;young , competent and highly motivated, they have been very attentive to all out needs. The accomodations always lived up to expectations, located in wondrous places places amidst the forest. Our guide Arnold ,was very kind ,and helpful, Always taking good care of our needs. We visited great colonies of tree climbing Lions, chinpanzees, rhinoceros, and gorillas in their natural habitat; Always followed by specialized staff , with a deep knowledge of the environment , for our help and safety. The food was good , and well cooked. A travel recommended to every person willing to re-discover an originary world nearly forgotten .

Our experience with Giant Holiday Safaris was wonderful. We participated in beautiful safaris and saw a great variety of animals from very close by, while always feeling completely safe. The team did an excellent job organizing everything for us. I am very satisfied with this vacation and highly recommend this agency!

The tour was very well structured, even though there were only 10 Days, we saw so many places and had wonderful experiences. The accomodations were nice and in wonderful locations. From the very start, it was a pleasure working with Jimmy to design our personalized tour. He was super helpful both during planning and with the day-to-day management throughout the trip.Our guide, Arnold, was absolutely outstanding. He was always there when we needed anything, keeping us updated on schedules and itineraries so everything ran smoothly without a single hitch. On top of that, the hotels chosen for us were perfect, and the staff at every single lodge were incredibly kind and welcoming.They took care of every detail, leaving us with zero worries and allowing us to fully enjoy an unforgettable vacation. An Amazing Way to Discover Uganda 🇺🇬 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our Ugandan adventure with Giant Holiday Safari was an incredible experience from beginning to end. Everything was well planned and organised, while still giving us the feeling that we were able to simply enjoy the journey.

Jimmy was fantastic throughout the planning process. He was always helpful, responsive and professional, and made sure all the arrangements were taken care of before we even arrived in Uganda.

We were also very lucky to have Moses as our guide. He was kind, reliable and had an incredible eye for wildlife. During our game drives, he seemed to spot animals that we would never have noticed ourselves! One of the highlights was seeing a leopard in Queen Elizabeth National Park, along with elephants, hippos and many other animals.

Every part of the itinerary had something special to offer. The Bigodi Swamp tour was a lovely introduction to the trip, the Kazinga Channel was full of wildlife, and the gorilla trekking was simply extraordinary — an experience that is difficult to put into words.

We also really enjoyed the lodges along the way, particularly Enshama Lodge, where waking up to elephants near our room was an unforgettable moment, and Rwakobo Lodge, which we loved.

If we had to choose one part that was less impressive, it would probably be Lake Mburo compared with the other parks we visited. Nevertheless, the walking safari was enjoyable and we still had some great wildlife sightings.

A useful thing to know when planning your trip is that you can request a different type of safari vehicle. If you have a particular preference, just ask Giant Holiday Safari and they can let you know the options and any additional cost.

All in all, this was a fantastic trip and Giant Holiday Safari played a big part in making it so memorable. We felt well looked after throughout the journey and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Thank you Jimmy for organising everything so well, and thank you Moses for being such a fantastic guide. We will definitely recommend Giant Holiday Safari to our friends and family!
