The whole team at Josero was great. Another tour operator cancelled a few days before our holiday and with less than 12 hours the Josero team designed and booked us a whole new holiday for our honeymoon.

Our other tour operator cancelled everything less than a week out. Josero Tours and Safaris stepped in and rebooked our entire itinerary for us, with a few improvements and still on budget!

We had the most amazing time and Josero tours checked in with us and our driver/guide everyday to make sure everything was running smoothly. It made us feel extra safe and very well looked after.

The team is also very friendly and helpful.
