Perfect organisation, lovely ladies!

Anna from East Africa Safari Tours is lovely and perfectly organised our trip to see the gorillas. Together with Bora, she took very well care of us and they both came to meet us at the hotel the day before the gorilla trekking. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. We were picked up right time and everything went really well. When I had a problem with my hiking boots, Bora quickly helped me out with her own. We were a group of 4 women and it was very refreshing to have two women taking care of us. They were doing everything for our wellbeing and that we get the most out of our trip! I can only recommend East Africa Safari Tours and thank them very much for organising an unforgettable trip for us!

East Africa Safari Tours took us on a 1-day safari to Akagera. Anna was very helpful and response to the organizing of this tour and Sam was an excellent guide with great knowledge of the park and its wildlife. I will definitely be calling East Africa Safari Tours for my next adventure in Rwanda.

Fantastic and efficient one day tour

The communication when booking the tour was great. They even sent me a reminder the night before so I wouldn't forget the 3am start time. Gerrard my tour guide was super helpful and kind. Would recommend Mgahinga over Bwindi as the trek tends to be shorter and less tiring. Also closer to the Rwanda border if you're driving over from Kigali for a day like I did. Recommendation to future tourists would be to take plenty of money for tips (although they are optional) for the trackers, rangers, the porters, the guide once you get to the national park and your tour operator guide/driver. Overall a memorable day and we were able to get very close to the gorillas which I wasn't expecting!

We were delighted to use their services. Our driver, Gerald, was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the natural park we visited and drove very carefully. If we return to Rwanda, we will use them again to explore the country. Thank you very much.

We were a bit hesitant booking this tour, but were set at ease with the clear communication from Anna regarding our tour. Our guide, Sam, arrived early and we were on our way from Kigali to Volcano's National Park. Sam was an excellent driver and tour guide. He and Anna helped us with an oversight on our part when checking in for our tour.

We loved our Golden Monkey tour through East Africa Safari Tours and only wished we had more time to book other excursions.
