We are deeply grateful for Mr.Zakaria’s meticulous arrangements before and during our trip, which made this extraordinary holiday possible and left us with an enduringly positive impression of Tanzania. To summarize our experience, the following aspects stood out as particularly exceptional:

1. During the planning phase, your patient and detailed email correspondence ensured perfectly selected accommodations throughout our journey. All seven hotels we stayed in exceeded an 8/10 rating. Special mention goes to:
- Pink Flamingo Boutique Hotel (dual-family villa)

- Gran Meliá Arusha
- Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort
These four approached a perfect 10/10 while offering excellent value.

From the start, communication was prompt and helpful — Zakaria answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and everything ran exactly as promised. Our guide Edward was knowledgeable, the accommodations were comfortable, and the game drives were unforgettable. I especially appreciated the flexibility and care shown throughout the trip. An Unforgettable Safari Experience

We saw all the animals, including leopard and rhinos, that are very hard to spot. Our guide was fantastic — knowledgeable and passionate, no matter how much driving there was or complex the route our guide made sure we saw every animal! — and the lodges were comfortable and beautifully located. Every day was a new adventure, with stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife. I highly recommend this agency and our guide Edward, if you want want to be guided by people that really care and who want to give you the absolute best experience. You can really see they care! Can't thank them enough. Hope to be back soon

Exceptional Experience with a Luxury Twist

We couldn’t wish for a better safari experience - High Neck were very reliable, flexible and accommodating.
Even though we came during the low season, our amazing guide Edward was able to show us all the animals we wanted to see and really went extra mile to show us around.
The definite highlight of the trip was also the choice of accommodations that High Neck did for us - we got a chance to stay in incredible lodges in all the parks and even in the famous Four Seasons Serengeti.
Another important thing to mark is the absence of touristic traps - we were not taken to any fake souvenir shops, irrelevant museums or staged shows. Our main goal was to focus on spotting animals and our guide did everything to maximize our time in the parks.
Overall, just an amazing experience - from the most comfortable car (even in comparison to fellow safari travelers in the park) to local insight from the guide and, of course, seeing all the Big 5!
