Wonderful tour operator. Organised everything to perfection. The tour, the lodges, the schedule, everything was perfect. I recently did a 5-day safari in Tanzania, covering Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Overall, my experience was extremely positive.


Communications: The communication before and during the trip was clear, timely and professional. All my questions were answered quickly and arrangements were well explained.


Service: The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable. Our guide was very knowledgeable, patient and passionate about wildlife.


Reliability: Everything went smoothly as planned – from pick-ups to accommodation and game drives. I always felt I was in safe and reliable hands.


Value for money: Considering the quality of the lodges, the comfort of the vehicle, the expertise of the guide and the variety of wildlife we saw, I found the safari excellent value for money.


The tour itself: The itinerary was well balanced, allowing enough time in each park to really enjoy the landscapes and the animals. Serengeti’s vastness, Tarangire’s elephants and baobabs, and Ngorongoro’s unique crater were all unforgettable highlights.
