Another Unforgettable Safari with Chalo Africa – Our Trusted Partners for Africa Travel
This was our second trip with the Chalo Africa team, and this time it was a magical safari through Kenya. For us, any trip to Africa is planned with Chalo Africa by default—they know the continent inside out and always go the extra mile to create something special.
This was actually the first time I’ve ever booked a trip six months in advance. That kind of early commitment only came from the trust we have in the team—we knew that if anything went wrong, they’d be right there to support us. And true to form, they delivered flawlessly.
From the very first calls with Smita and Sangeeta, they took the time to understand our preferences and needs. We were traveling with a 6-year-old and a 75-year-old, so we had unique requirements. The team made thoughtful suggestions and crafted a perfectly balanced itinerary that catered to everyone.
The entire trip—from the camps to the logistics—was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. The stays were top-notch, and every little detail was taken care of.
The transparency in pricing and the value delivered made the entire experience even more rewarding. In fact, after each trip, we come away feeling we’ve experienced more than we expected.
The Kenya safari itself was incredible, but what made it truly memorable was the way Chalo Africa brought it all together. We’ll continue to recommend them to friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure with them.

Sangetta planned an excellent, fun filled and educational trip!
This is the 3rd trip I have had with Chalo Africa. I have traveled 3 times with Sangetta. The trips are well organized, they have great communication and the destinations are unique and beautiful. Sangetta and Malvika have good knowledge of what travelers are looking for. I have found that their pricing of travel is reasonable. I will be planning a 4th trip with them again!

Experience, patient and great team
The communication with the team is smooth and hassle free. The team understood our wishes and constraints, and recommended suitable itinerary, activities and accommodations accordingly. They also provided value added proposition by suggesting ways to tap on existing promotion to make the most of the trip. Prior to the trip, the team provided great tips during our preparation (e.g. type of binoculars, network service and clothing). Throughout the trip planning, they are extremely reliable and did not fail to answer any of the query regardless how minute.
The tour is amazing and far exceeded our expectation (the activity, accommodation, staff and guides). We did not experience any issue or short fall through out the trip. 10/10 would recommend. Special thanks to Ai Lin and Malvika.

If you are thinking about visiting Africa, don’t hesitate. Do it as soon as you can and choose Chalo to arrange your trip. My friend and I just had a month visiting Kenya, Tanzania and Botswana and had the most amazing time imaginable. The whole thing was phenomenal and I’m so glad I did it. Going on safari is unlike any other holiday you will have in your life, you will remember and cherish it forever. It is worth every cent. Smita (and Malvika) were a pleasure to deal with, organised an amazing itinerary for us and we couldn’t think of a single thing that could have been done better by Asilia in particular, and also Ker & Downey in Botswana. Such a high standard of accommodation and service from the wonderful staff at all the camps, excellent food and every day was an adventure. Can’t wait to go back and can’t recommend Chalo highly enough. Thanks again to Smita for getting everything 100% right and making our safari dream come true. Wow, wow, wow!

Responsive, Helpful, Organized!
They are patient about understanding your needs and requirements. Make good recommendations to you based on your budget and wish list. They provided details about what you need to pay attention to before the trip, and also open a whatsapp group during the trip in case there's any assistance needed from them. There's a strike in Kenya airport which affected my flight to Tanzania - the Chalo team immediately assisted us in finding solution and offering information about the latest situation of the strike. I appreciated much their help before and during the trip. Special thanks to Smita and Malvika who assisted my trip planning all along!

The team made our trip to Kenya very memorable for us. It was super smooth from start to finish, the stays were top notch and all the logistics were well taken care of. From creating an customised itinerary to ensuring we are having a good time at the camps, the team was always present. We especially enjoyed the hospitality from all staff that we interacted with at the camps and the extent that they went to to ensure we were comfortable. All of our requests were accommodated. The money you pay is definitely worth it as we didn’t have to worry about anything other than booking our tickets to Kenya.
The whole safari experience was wonderful and Chalo Africa team made it even more memorable. We will definitely recommend them to all family and friends, and will reach out them the next time we go to Africa.

Efficient, helpful and organised
I found Chalo Africa through an internet search and contacted them with my inquiries about travelling to Kenya. My brief to them was that this would be my first trip to Kenya and I was interested in having an authentic experience filled with safaris and adventure. I would be travelling solo. They promptly replied with a few suggested itineraries and I also did my own research on their site. After some back and forth we tailer-made the perfect itinerary covering Amboseli, Masai Mara and Nairobi National Park. My trip was fabulous in every way. I would highly recommend staying in the Conservancies (as they had suggested). I loved all three Gamewatchers camps. The guides, the food, the comfortable tents, the management and the beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Chalo Africa as well as Porini camps (Gamewatchers).
