Probably the best Safari company in Serengeti
Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris (SWTS) was amazing to work with. We had a group of 14 and our guides Andrew and Eli helped us have the trip of a lifetime. Things that seemed like SWTS did better than most companies:
-The best guides. Andrew and Eli were clearly some of the best guides out there. They gave us really good advice on when to be out and helped us find many cool animal interactions. They also are very funny and have really strong knowledge. You could often hear other guides asking for them on the radio for help because they were clearly more experienced than most
-Good meals. Most companies do boxed lunches for the game drives but SWTS coordinates with the lodging chefs to have a hot lunch prepared for the day. We didn't have to worry about food once our entire trip and ate better than most tour groups.
-Good trip planning. Our safari was 11 days and the progression of the trip and where we visited each day was incredibly well planned out.
-Good communication. I didn't work with him myself since I was not our group's leader but one of the main reasons our planner picked SWTS was because of how good the pre trip communication was, including quote and mapping. The man's name is Goodluck and he is very good at his job.
-Lodging partners are very good. We stayed at Into the Wild Africa, Gnu migration camp, and a fancy lodge. All had top tier service, food, and amenities.

Service-orientated, communicative, highly knowledgeable and kind
I have just completed an 11-day safari adventure with Serengeti Wakanda. It was undoubtedly the best holiday of my life and I cannot recommend this company enough.
The trip was for my 30th birthday and included 14 people. I sent inquiries to six tour companies with excellent customer reviews. I received custom itineraries from four of them and decided to go with Serengeti Wakanda based on the price, quality and depth of detail in the itinerary, and great responsiveness to follow up questions. Big thanks to Goodluck in the booking office for being a terrific planner and communicator!
From the moment we landed to the moment we took off, we felt well taken care of. Serengeti Wakanda coordinated transportation to/from the airport and a hotel in Arusha for the nights before and after the safari. They also selected and booked the camps where we stayed within the parks, all of which were fantastic.
Our guides (Andrew and Elli) picked us up from the hotel and remained with us for the duration of our experience, starting with a day trip to Materuni waterfalls and a chance to experience small scale coffee production in the nearby village. Over the course of the next 10 days, we visited Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorogoro Conservation Area (Ndutu and Ngorogoro Crater), and Lake Manyara NP.
Andrew (Senior Guide) demonstrated a profound understanding of animal behavior, encyclopedic knowledge of everything we encountered, and a mental map of the parks that was truly remarkable. His 11 years of experience as a guide were evident. He correctly predicted animal movements to put us in position for some incredible shots before other jeeps (actually, specialized Toyota Landcruisers) which were competing for the best view. He was able to answer every question we had (and we had a lot) about the animals, environment, weather, and the cultures of Tanzania.
Elli (Junior Guide) brought a similarly impressive knowledge base and an infectious positivity which left us all feeling like he was a close friend by the end of the journey. His 7 years of experience as a guide ensured that no matter which jeep I rode in for the day (Andrew's or Elli's) I was sure to have a great experience.
I have never before been so impressed by the combination of professionalism and personability we experienced with our two guides and I would recommend them 100 times out of 100.
During our time in the parks we managed to see wildebeests and zebras in the (tens of) thousands on the Great Migration (during calving season in Southern Serengeti), the Big Five (lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, elephants), cheetahs, giraffes, gazelles, hyenas, jackals, baboons and dozens of other animals in some of the best protected natural spaces remaining on the planet. At the end of the trip, our group tallied over 60 different animals, many of which we saw in large numbers.
In addition to our fantastic guides, Serengeti Wakanda stood out from its competitors with its vehicles and the lunches they provided. We had newer model jeeps with outlets in each seat and they provided a Mi-Fi device to provide wi-fi if we wanted it. Perhaps the most evident differentiator though was lunch. While the vast majority of other groups were provided packed cold lunches (e.g. sandwiches), Serengeti Wakanda coordinated with our camps to have hot lunches (e.g. rice with chicken/beef, lentils) prepared in the morning and kept in insulated pots in the back of the jeep until lunch time. They kindly catered to vegetarians and allergies in the group and the food consistently exceeded our expectations.
This was a once in a lifetime trip and I am grateful to Serengeti Wakanda for exceptional planning and execution.

The Best Safari Operator
My safari with Serengeti Wakanda in Tanzania was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned, allowing us to maximize our time in the stunning Serengeti and the Tarangire, Manyara, and Ngorongoro Crater parks.
Our guides Andrew and Eli were truly exceptional—fun, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They had a deep understanding of the wildlife, the terrain, and the best times and places to spot the animals. Thanks to their expert positioning and keen instincts, we saw the Big Five up close, were the first to witness a large lion pride eating a wildebeest breakfast, and even caught a rare glimpse of a leopard lounging in a tree and jumping from branch to branch.
Every detail was taken care of, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The accommodations and food were fantastic, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
If you're looking for a safari company that combines expert guiding with top-notch planning, look no further. This was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and I can’t recommend Serengeti Wakanda enough! Thank you for making our dream safari a reality!

Trio of a Lifetime!
Just got home from our 10-day safari with Serengeti Wakanda Tours and can’t stop thinking about!
From start to finish, the trip was incredibly planned and executed to perfection — all thanks to Goodluck’s coordination and our wonderful guides, Andrew and Eli!
While the wildlife and nature was awesome, it was really Andrew and Eli who made this experience truly amazing. I don’t think there was a single question that they couldn’t answer, and their expertise and knowledge allowed us to see the most special things — from a lion hunt, to rare bat eared foxes to hidden leopards!! Andrew and Eli were also so informative, skillful, funny, and kind — still can’t get over how they were able to drive massive cars on rough terrain, spot animals, and answer our questions all at the same time!
Truly can’t recommend this group enough!!

Exceptional Tanzania Safari Experience A Trip to Remember!
Our recent Tanzania safari was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to the incredible team that made every moment special. The Best Safari Experience – 100% Worth It!
Our 10-day safari with Serengeti Wakanda Guide Company was truly unforgettable, thanks to our amazing guides, Andrew and Eli. Their expertise was incredible—they always knew where and when to find the animals, even the elusive leopards, and they were never wrong! They answered every question with deep knowledge about wildlife, the Serengeti, Arusha, and Tanzania.
Beyond their skills, they were funny, friendly, and an absolute joy to be around. Their passion made the experience even more special, and I can honestly say this was the best trip I’ve ever been on (or probably ever will be)! While I was researching for Safari in Tanzania, Serengeti Wakanda tours was a name that popped in multiple bloggers recommendation. I also saw good reviews. I emailed multiple companies. What initially attracted me was their prompt response. Aishwarya from Serengeti Wakanda was very patient enough to work with us to get the best experience that fits our budget. She Made sure we get the best experience for a lifetime. The guide Basheer was extremely knowledgeful and resourceful and thanks to him we were able to spot a wide variety of wildlife including all big five. I strongly recommend them

Une super experience avec un guide génial.
Cerise sur le gateau, il parle super bien français. Le decor est grandiose mais c'est la nature et voir des lions, des rhinocéros ne peuvent etre certifié et Ztefa a tous donné pour cela. Un grand merci pour ces deux inoubliables journées.
A great experience with an awesome guide. The icing on the cake (feench expressions) is that he speaks French really well. The decor is amazong but it is nature and seeing lions and rhinoceroses cannot be certified and Ztefa gave everything for that. A big thank you for these two unforgettable days

7 days Wakanda couple Safari
My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a unique experience for our honeymoon: a safari in Tanzania!
After getting about 20 quotes, we found a good value for money with Wakanda.
With Beatrice's help, we were able to arrange all activities according to our needs, including transportation to and from Kilimanjaro airport.
In Arusha we found Zepha waiting for us, our guide who joined us for all seven days Safari.
We had a very good time with him, an experienced guide with more than 10 years of experience, and Italian speaker.
Zepha helped make the experience unique and unforgettable, explaining interesting facts about the animals, taking us to the boundless trails of Tarangire, Serengeti, Ndutu, and Ngorongoro national parks, and reaching out to other guides to show us all the animals on our wish list.
We appreciated Zepha's attention to detail, such as cleaning the car inside and out every time it got dirty from dust and mud and choosing viable routes based on how muddy the roads were.
We also appreciated the Wakanda logo gifts given to us upon arrival.
Other positive notes were the wi-fi available in the car, drinks always available, and lunch with cooked food (not the classic lunch box).
10/10 experience!
Even though there was no good weather, having just one day of sunshine, we were able to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, rhinos, and so many other animals!
