We had a great time!
I thought our trip was good value for money and I particularly appreciated the quick response time from the tour operator. The food and accommodation was good and comfortable (important given I was travelling with my 70 year old mother). I would highly recommend. A few small things - on the first say our itinerary was changed and we weren't given any notice so there was some confusion among the group. No binoculars were provided even though it stated on the itinerary that they would be. Some hotels charged for bottled water even though the itinerary said that water and soft drinks would be free. But overall these are small things. We had a lovely adventure.

I highly recommend booking with this company. They are very proactive with their replies and they will keep in touch with you throughout the entire journey. They made sure to check on me via Whatsapp every day to ensure everything was going well. Trust me that great communication is not a given and should anything happen, you do want to book with a company that is always ready to assist. Special mention to our guide Godfrey who was very well prepared and made us feel as if we were in a documentary.

Fantastic six-day safari experience
Our family enjoyed an exceptional six-day safari experience in Tanzania, which surpassed our expectations. We visited the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara, each offering remarkable wildlife encounters. While there were some logistical issues—such as changing vehicles and groups three times and experiencing some delays during the transfer from Lake Manyara to Tarangire—the agency managed these transitions adequately. Our guide for the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, Benjamin, was highly skilled at spotting animals and provided comprehensive information about the sites and wildlife, greatly enhancing our trip.
We also participated in a day hike on Kilimanjaro, which we recommend for those with limited time in Tanzania. Overall, the travel agency offered competitive prices and high-quality service. All drivers were courteous, the food provided was good, and we appreciated receiving branded t-shirts and a keychain. Based on our positive experience, we confidently recommend Vision Safari to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania.

They were truly amazing! They pampered us like no other... Aron was a wonderful guide, reliable, expert, and extremely knowledgeable. Gudilah created a customized itinerary that was truly flawless! Nothing went wrong; we had so much fun and fully enjoyed the beauty of these magnificent parks. Ramadan, who accompanied us on a half-day trip, was also very kind and helpful... If we went back, we would definitely choose this option again. We felt truly at ease, and the personalized itinerary, tailor-made for us, met our expectations to the fullest. We spent 7 days in three of Tanzania's most famous parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro). It was a unique experience! Vision met our budget needs and gave us the adventure of a lifetime.
Booking safari can be intimidating, from when we first reached out to Vision to get quotes it was clear Vision lives up to its motto “We Cherish Visitors”. From that first contact they were responsive to all our questions, text messages, phone calls, they were open to negotiation, and more than accommodating as we finalized our travel plans and itineraries in the months, weeks, even days before our safari.
Vision booked us a 6-day adventure around Northern Tanzania visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. At each hotel and tented camp we stayed at the staff was always so welcoming and we have no complaints about the buffet meals in the lodges. Our guide/driver Jacob was kind, funny, and managed to make each day an exciting new adventure. Vision checked in with us during the safari and on our final day in Tanzania one of their drivers took us around to visit Serval Wildlife and the Chemka Hot Springs, both such special experiences after a such a special trip. Shoutout to Gloriana!

I 100% recommend this company! Really very responsive via WhatsApp messages and meets all your needs. I changed my mind several times about my itinerary to stay with the same group and each time it was a success. They had a solution for everything. I couldn't have asked for a better safari! In terms of value for money, it was unbeatable. They even took care of booking my bus for the return to Dar Es Salaam. I also left with a small t-shirt and keychain as a souvenir. Go there with your eyes closed, really 🥰

The planning, organization, and adaptation of the safari to our expectations were excellent. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The safari guide was always responsive to our requests and tried to accommodate the needs of all participants in the jeep. It was an incredible experience to be amidst such beautiful nature and animals.

A well-organized trip, wonderful memories.
My family went with Vision Safari & Tours on a 5-day safari to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire, as well as a 1-day trek to the lowest base camp on the Kilimanjaro route. I contacted several safari companies and finally chose this one because, from the very first contact, they were very helpful, responsive, and flexible (I kept changing my safari plan). They offered lower prices than other companies.
It was a good choice! The trip was very well organized.
Helen oversaw everything, and we stayed in touch both before arriving in Tanzania and during the safari.
Pendael, our driver, confidently and safely navigated the Jeep over potholed roads and off-road terrain. He kept in touch with other drivers, who shared with each other information about spotted animals. He always positioned the vehicle so we had the best view. Thanks to Pendael, and a bit of luck, we managed to see all of the Africa's Big Five.
The chef was prepaing a delicious breakfast every day, a lunch we took with us and ate on picnics, and a two-course dinner. The food was delicious and local.
On our Kilimanjaro hike, we were accompanied by a professional guide who leads groups all the way to the summit. He shared many interesting facts about his work and expeditions.
