Not the experience I expected.
During the trip, we encountered a rather serious car breakdown. Our driver sent us to the planned lodge with another company, and we lost our entrance to Ngoro Ngoro Park for that evening.
Although we had paid for the park entrance, we were not reimbursed, and above all, our driver and the person who helped us organise the trip not contact us with a phone call or a simple WhatsApp message to tell us how we would be organised the following day. We didn't know if and when the car would be repaired, and we received no information from either of them, even though I contacted them several times to ask for information. They repeat that they will let us know. But no news, till the following morning when driver literally knocked on our door at 6 a.m. while we were sleeping.
He came to pick us up saying he was very tired, and although I fully understand the difficult night he had, I expect the company to send someone else if the driver feels, rightly, tired.
In the end, after we lost our ticket, even though we had paid for it, and received no explanation from the company, the driver asked us for a tip, which would have been perfectly acceptable if he hadn't asked for a specific amount per person per day. It was basically a fee.
I thought it would be useful to talk to Wilberth on the phone and explain that communication with customers is important, especially after entrusting our trip to their company. After a round of explanations, the organizer blocked me on WhatsApp.
I don't think I would ever recommend this company, where the human aspect is completely overshadowed by money.
For me, these aspects are very important. When I travel, I want to be informed about what is happening around me. I don't want to be treated like a piece of luggage.

Best driver, guide and ranger (He is really good at finding animals.)
He has an excellent understanding of both the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and he worked hard to spot animals while providing a wide range of detailed explanations. From early morning until evening, he explored tirelessly and showed us incredible nature and wildlife. Simply the best!

Festo is the best driver and guide, my trip was perfect!
I played a game drive with Festo and it was the best experience I had ever! He found all bog five animals and very kind to us. We met leopard and rhinos and so many lions, too. I will recommend the full package adventures to my friends.

Unforgettable and amazing experience
I joined a private tour with my family. We could see big 5 and rhinos, etc we wanted to see. Since it was a baby season, we saw many animal babies. Plying Cheetah babies were very cute. We are grateful to the guide who provided such an incredible experience.

Amazing driver and amazing wildlife

Fun
Festo, our guide, was fantastic.
Always with a smile, giving us insights about culture and wild life.
We travelled with two boys and Festo never stopped engaging them in spotting animals in the wild.
Proud to say that we spotted and have pictures of the big five!

Everything was perfectly organised
We had an amazing 4 days safari with Festo - our super nice guide, who knew where to take us to see the Big Five and many other animals. The accommodation was very good, hotels were with stunning views and the game drives were great adventure! Special thanks to Festo and Fredi for all the support and hospitality!

Well organized tour and an excellent guide
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Full Package Adventures! Everything was well organized, but the true highlight of our trip was our guide, Festo.
From start to finish, Festo was outstanding. He is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We had so many questions about the wildlife and the landscape, and he took the time to answer every single one of them with a smile. You can tell he really cares about his guests having a great experience.
As for the game drives, we saw so many different animals, but the lions were the absolute showstoppers! Thanks to Festo's spotting skills, we didn't just see one or two—we saw several groups of lions throughout the trip. It was magical to see them in their natural habitat.
I highly recommend booking with Full Package Adventures, and definitely ask for Festo if you can. He made our safari truly special!
