Safari365 set us up for the perfect family holiday
Frederick was pro-active from the very beginning and designed and booked a fabulous family experience for us. The trip was tailored to our specific interests and needs, allowing us to explore South Africa with ease. Accommodation choices were excellent and exceeded our expectations, and car hire and internal flights were easy and well-timed. With all that taken care of, we could spend our time on the fun things like planning our day-to-day adventures. When there was some confusion at one hotel, we could contact Frederick immediately on whatsapp and he quickly sorted the situation - such a relief to have this backup!
We enjoyed an amazing safari experience at Babanango Valley Lodge, hiking in Drakensburg and Capetown and swimming, surfing and kayaking along the Garden Route and some amazing South African food experiences. Would highly recommend using Safari365 for any South African experience.

Top service tailored by your needs
We booked our roadtrip through KwaZulu-Natal with Jackie. Jackie designed a family-tailored trip for us, considering our needs, budget and desires. No request was too much! She found a hidden gem; Babanango Game Reserve. The trip was a perfect mix of nature, safari and culture.

Breathtaking......
From start to finish, the service provided by Vanessa was fabulous! Even when we thought we may have to change the dates due to cancelled flights, Vanessa was on hand to help us. The safari exceeded expectations and ticked off a huge bucket list adventure for us - Botswana is stunningly beautiful and the Okavango Delta didn't disappoint. We saw more animals than we ever thought possible and as we were lucky enough to be the only people on the safari camp, the service we received was outstanding. All in all, the most amazing trip from start to finish and one we'll remember for a very long time....

Attentive, easy to contact, helpful and with great knowledge of África!
I went on Safari in Pilanesberg - Bakubung Bush Lodge - and it was great! Highly recommended for children: confortable rooms, great food, facilities, and a fun and safe safari! We saw many lions, elephants and rhinos. It was truly an unforgettable trip that will be remembered by my family.

An incredible experience
We had a wonderful family trip thanks to 365 Safari. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the team was always helpful and responsive. They provided a great experience starting helping us choose the best itinerary, choose the best accommodation options and truly understood our family’s needs and made this entire experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!
This was a wonderful Namibia Experience!
We were both very impressed by the presentation of the destination country and the company's use of the internet and a App to show us where we were going. Their responsiveness to queries was excellent and the plan of the trip (although probably taking pretty orthodox routes) was superb. We were very happy with our local guide in Namibia and the comfort of the transport. We opted for a guided tour and would consider that this was the best decision as it allowed us to look out of the windows rather than to focus on the road. We also crossed a solo driver with mechanical problems which underlined the benefits of an experienced guide. Given the individual service, and the flight from Mushara Bush Campt to Windhoek the value for money was excellent. It's difficult to choose a tour operator at a distance but this company did not disappoint.

Engaged, and willing to work with the client to create the most amazing experience.
We’ve just returned from the most unforgettable adventure in Tanzania, our very first trip to Africa, beautifully organised by Safari365. From the moment we booked, everything was taken care of. Every transfer, every lodge, every detail was seamlessly arranged, allowing us to simply soak up the experience without having to think about a thing.
Our journey took us through Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti, each destination offering its own unique magic. With an exceptionally knowledgeable guide leading the way, every day felt like stepping into a nature documentary.
Lake Manyara set the tone from day one. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the sheer number of animals living so peacefully together left us absolutely amazed.
The Ngorongoro Crater exceeded every expectation we had. The colours, the vibrancy, the birdlife, every moment felt surreal. Enjoying a coffee from a pop‑up cart while taking in the scenery was a delight in itself. Watching lions lounging close to our jeep, elephants grazing as we ate lunch in the picnic area, and spotting elusive rhinos made this day truly extraordinary.
Then came the Serengeti, the legendary “endless plains” that brought all our Lion King dreams to life. Crossing from Ngorongoro into the Serengeti just in time to witness part of the Great Migration is something we’ll never forget. The wildlife sightings over our three days there were beyond anything we imagined. And hearing lions roaring outside our tents on the first night… that’s a story we’ll be telling for years.
To round off our adventure, we flew out of the Serengeti (highly recommend!) and spent a few blissful days unwinding in Zanzibar before heading home.
