Our holiday was well planned and well organized in country to exactly what we were looking for.
Jackie was accommodating and very helpful to our often changing ideas and requests in the planning stage of the holiday. Our concierge Trevor was most helpful in all our requests for information including in supplying information on Cape Town that was outside of our Safari 365 tour.
We visited Victoria Falls and stayed at the Vic Falls Hotel which was wonderful and was a nostalgic return to our roots. From there we travelled to Chobe Lodge Botswana. Border crossing was easy and well organized. Chobe was a highlight of the tour, lots of game viewing by boat and game drives. From there we flew (Kasane) to Xuanga tented camp. Accommodation was excellent, game guides were excellent and made up for the lack of game due to the very high amount of water and rain in the delta. The guide made other aspects so interesting (tracking, birds etc).
Transfer to Maun was seemless and well organized with someone available to meet and greet and usher is in the right direction.
Safari365 is uniformly excellent
I had a great experience using Safari365 to plan my safari in South Africa. They helped me identify the place to stay (Kambaku Sands) which was a perfect fit for what I was looking for, and they managed all the logistics of travel, connections, transfers, etc. Kambaku Sands was absolutely outstanding, with excellent wildlife viewing, staff who were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and excellent amenities and cuisine. So everything Safari365 said would be part of my experience was delivered.
And while I was in South Africa, my agent, Chantal, checked in with me regularly to make sure things were going well, and to see if I needed anything. I really appreciate her conscientious support and service.

Safari365 arranged our tour based exactly on what I asked for and did it within our budget.
We went to Chobe Chilwero and Chiefs Camp based on our experience there 23 years ago. Chobe Chilwero was almost exactly as I remember it with a few minor updates. I would still highly recommend it.
Chiefs Camp has been greatly upgraded and I'm not sure it was all necessary. The room is huge and I missed the luxury tents that they used to have. They are planning another upgrade in a couple of years so who knows what they will do next. We also thought there were fewer herds of animals than our first visit. I don't know if that is due to flooding in the area or if there are just fewer animals. We did see a couple of lion prides and a couple of leopards, which is a huge plus. I'm not sure that I would recommend this camp due to the cost.
The staff and guides at both camps were excellent. Safari365 put together our itinerary quickly and within our budget. We didn't have any glitches in our travels. Safaris are magical. We had a lovely time.

Absolutely Amazing
My family and I have travelled the world and have done a number of tours and Safari365 has provided the best holiday of lifetime and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling to South Africa to contact them. Amazing service and holiday
My wife and I have just come back from a safari in Botswana, followed by a stay in Victoria Falls. It was an amazing time and far exceeded our expectations. It was the holiday of a lifetime. The recommendations and itinerary were put together by Clive Murray of Safari 365. He could not have done more for myself and my wife. His knowledge and expertise re the area was invaluable. He helped us every step of the way and made the whole experience for us fabulous. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to use him and Safari 365. We have memories which will last a lifetime. Trevor and Candice were easy to work with and everything they put together for our trip was perfect
we could not have been more please as they took care of everything with great value and care and wonderful suggestions and amazing follow up. given the complexities for our trip we did not have one moment when things went wrong or we had to call Trevor to follow up . Nothing was left to chance and Candice's suggestions of Rhino Ridge lodge and the game drive operator in Kruger and tours in Victoria Falls could not have been better. Mike

Safari365 set us up for the perfect family holiday
Frederick was pro-active from the very beginning and designed and booked a fabulous family experience for us. The trip was tailored to our specific interests and needs, allowing us to explore South Africa with ease. Accommodation choices were excellent and exceeded our expectations, and car hire and internal flights were easy and well-timed. With all that taken care of, we could spend our time on the fun things like planning our day-to-day adventures. When there was some confusion at one hotel, we could contact Frederick immediately on whatsapp and he quickly sorted the situation - such a relief to have this backup!
We enjoyed an amazing safari experience at Babanango Valley Lodge, hiking in Drakensburg and Capetown and swimming, surfing and kayaking along the Garden Route and some amazing South African food experiences. Would highly recommend using Safari365 for any South African experience.
