Amazing experience!
Extra Miles Unique Adventures provided an incredible experience! From the very first pick-up, they welcomed us like family, making us feel so special. The itinerary was amazing, and they arranged beautiful places to stay with amazing food. In planning the trip, they were quick to respond, providing great information. This was one of the primary reasons we selected them. During the five days, the driver, Felix, was fantastic, providing knowledgeable insights from his twenty years of experience. We appreciated his safe driving and his recommendations. I highly recommend Extra Miles - giving them all the stars!!!

Exceeded Expectations
We had an amazing experience with Extra Miles Unique Adventures! Joseph was fantastic to work with – he took the time to customize our Safari itinerary exactly to our preferences and was always quick to respond to emails, making the whole planning process, smooth and stress-free.
Our driver, Felix, was equally outstanding. He was very safe and skilled driver, and his knowledge of the area is impressive – he always seems to know exactly where to go to spot wildlife, which made our safari unforgettable.
I would definitely book with them again on my next trip to Kenya. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly.
We used Extra Miles Unique Adventures for our 10 day safari and everything went as planned. Our driver/guide Eric was the best. He was a very knowledgeable guide. We did see all of the Big 5 animals. We felt safe and in good hands threwout our tour. We would use them again without hesitation.
Professional, great communication
Even though we had to cancel our trip due to personal reasons I just wanted to take a minute to express how great Extra Miles was to work with from the planning stage till the very end (including the cancellation) . I had reached out to many different companies (as one does before booking) and Extra Miles stood out in every way. They worked my requests in seamlessly without adding unnecessary charges. Joseph communicated with me at every step, every iteration. He was so prompt with everything and made it seem so easy. Even the cancellation process was pain-free for me. They understood my concerns and worked really well with me. With the way they approached everything, I’m sure that the safari would have been amazing and very well planned too but unfortunately I couldn’t go to comment much on it. When we are back in future I wont think twice before booking with Extra Miles.

Lovely journey with professional arrangements
The experience was professional and all the arrangements were pretty nice, with a reasonable price. The communication was also very smooth. The safari was quite a memorable experience thanks to our friendly and knowledgeable guide Fred.

Absolutely incredible, great company!
We were nervous about making such a big commitment as a safari at a time when global travel had become uncertain. But Extra Miles lived up to its name at every opportunity. From the beginning, their clear communication and reasonable pricing stood out from other competitors. Our safari coordinator, Faith, was so understanding and patient. She helped us to thoroughly understand our options and our commitment. Her communication was clear, proactive, and professional.
We were happy to get to finally meet her on the morning of our hotel departure, along with the company director, Melisa, and our wonderful guide Felix.
Felix took excellent care of us every step of the way, safely navigating the most challenging driving conditions, whether on long drives between locations, or in the parks. He gave great recommendations, and arranged extra activities along the way. Most of all, his 20+ years of guide experience really stood out, making him seem like a good luck charm with all of our incredible animal sightings!
The Sopa lodges (Mara and Nakuru) were beautiful, with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. I highly recommend this experience and this company, they truly go the extra mile.

An incredibly enjoyable, surprise-filled trip that far exceeded all my expectations.
From the very first inquiry, the team demonstrated great professionalism, creating a personalized itinerary tailored perfectly to our flight arrival and departure times. Although there was a small hiccup during the hotel booking process, it was resolved promptly and smoothly, which gave us great peace of mind.
Our guide Simon, in particular, made this trip truly special. He was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and responsible throughout our safari. He even took the time to introduce the animals to us in simple Chinese, which made the experience so much more immersive and personal. His passion for wildlife and attention to detail were outstanding.

We achieved our goal of collecting all five Big Five species during our trip to Africa.
This trip to Africa truly exceeded our expectations. Our accommodations were all excellent; even in the harshest environment of the Masai Mara, we enjoyed a luxurious stay and travel experience. Our trip lasted eight days, covering four different cities, but we felt incredibly comfortable. I must thank two outstanding employees at Extra Miles. First, Simon, who arranged our itinerary and booked our hotels, ensuring our trip was secure and guaranteeing that we got the hotels we wanted on time. Second, I want to thank our guide, XiMeng, whose professional driving skills and search abilities completely won us over. We saw elephant herds returning home at the foot of Kilimanjaro, five lionesses hunting buffalo together, and a family of rhinos grazing peacefully by a lake. XiMeng's professionalism stems from his love for animals and his genuine care for his clients.

Wonderful Safari tour
Right from the initial enquiry, all communications were effortless. The staff responded in a timely and detailed manner, and showed great patience while adjusting plans to suit my requirements. Their quotes are quite competitive too.
Everything went well with our safari. It was safe and comfortable. Our guide Chris was friendly and did an adequate job. Anyway,as our first experience of safari, it is wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a safari trip in Kenya.
