PERFECT
Akondo (Boris) is absolutely number one!!!
We had three wonderful days and ythe organization was impeccable in every way🔝
He chose fantastic accommodations for us, the timing was perfect, and the transfers were super comfortable.
But the real added value of our Safari was our guide Munisi: a wonderful person as well as the perfect guide, extremely kind, always punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely well-prepared.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon through Akondo Adventures. Our trip was split into two halves - safari in mainland Tanzania, followed by a beach holiday in Zanzibar. Before and during our honeymoon, Tassiana (our point of contact at Akondo Adventures) was very responsive and accommodating. Knowing that it was our honeymoon, Tassiana arranged for some lovely additions to our trip - an personalised tyre cover at the back of the safari vehicle and room upgrades (which came with honeymoon treats). Our driver for the safari part of the trip was Mr Julius. He was approachable, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We are so grateful to him for just how spectacular our first experience of a safari was. We were able to see the big 5 and more and learn about Tanzanian culture. Whilst we enjoyed our stay in the different accommodations, Moyo Tented Camp Lodge (Serengeti, Tanzania) and Tembo Kiwengwa Resort (Zanzibar) stood out; with special thanks to Immanuel (Moyo Lodge) and Ibrahim (Tembo Kiwengwa). We will be recommending Akondo Adventures to others and are thankful for the hospitality shown to us by the people of Tanzania.

Organized, kind, ready to listen to all the needs.
We had a fantastic experience with Akondo. There were four of us, and everything was excellent. Our driver, David, went above and beyond to meet all our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this job for more than 20 years.
It was truly an amazing adventure, especially thanks to David, who took us to all the right places and helped us spot almost every animal. He has an in-depth understanding of animal behavior, which even allowed us to witness a predator-prey chase.
The price-quality standard is balanced.

We spent 5 amazing days on safari with our driver DAVID, who was incredibly friendly, an excellent driver, and always willing to meet our needs. He has great experience driving safari jeeps and made our adventure even more special!

The 10-day safari trip was perfectly organized according to our wishes.
We had picked out 5 different providers. Akondo responded to our email inquiry the fastest. The staff member also quickly addressed our requests to change the tour and made the changes accordingly.

It was a fantastic trip for us, also thanks to our driver Richard and the interpreter Dahuti.
The accommodations and the food were perfect as well.

Amazing
We had an amazing safari experience! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide Richard was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he shared soooo many interesting facts and stories about the animals and nature. It was a great pleasure to travel with him through the savanna.
In just four days, we were lucky enough to see all the most popular animals, which made the trip truly unforgettable. We were very impressed with the organization, the quality of the guiding, and the overall experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organized safari with a knowledgeable, passionate and most friendly guide!

Amazing safari experience with Akondo Adventures from start to finish!!
We booked our safari back in March with the idea that we would be on safari for my wife's 60th birthday and we spent three days visiting Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park. Zuberi our guide & driver was brilliant! He looked after us for the 3 days and made sure we were in all the right places to see as much wild life as possible. Tassiana in the Akondo office made everything so easy to plan from the begining right through to when we had to leave and was always on hand to answer any questions i might have and also arranged for a brithday cake and a bespoke wheel cover for my wife's 60th birthday.
I would highly recommend Akondo Adventures if you're planning on booking a safari.

We recently booked a 3-day/2-night fly-in safari to Kogatende (Northern Serengeti) with Akondo Adventures, and it exceeded every single expectation we had! Since this was part of our honeymoon, we were looking for something truly extraordinary, and Akondo delivered from start to finish.
Flying directly into Kogatende saved us so much travel time and put us right in the heart of the action from day one. The absolute highlight of the trip was witnessing the Great Migration—seeing the wildebeest river crossings in person was an intense, breathtaking experience that we will never forget.
The tented camps were incredible—combining an authentic "out in the wild" feel with surprising comfort, great food, and the magical experience of falling asleep to the sounds of the Serengeti.
A massive shoutout to our guide, Fonika! Fonika was simply outstanding. His knowledge of the park, animal behavior, and keen eye for spotting wildlife made all the difference. He knew exactly where to position us for the best views without being intrusive, and his warm energy and professional driving made every game drive a joy.
Everything—from the flight logistics to the game drives and camp arrangements—was executed seamlessly. If you are looking for an action-packed, unforgettable Serengeti experience, we cannot recommend Akondo Adventures and Fonika enough. Asante sana!

We spent three days visiting Tarangire National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara National Park. David and the Akondo team took very good care of us during the whole experience, from the safari to the accommodations.
David is a fantastic guide. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, we were able to see many animals. He is also a friendly and easy-going person, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We definitely recommend Akondo and David, and we hope to come back in the future!

Unforgatable tour with Richard
We are doing a 5 days tour in 3 Park Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengueti. Lucky we where to be with Richard. He is very professional Guy with a fantastic knowledge of animals, nature and history
of the territoires. We spend a lot of time with question and discution in the car.
We recommand without any dout this organisation for the sélection of the places, the safety of the trip, the welcome and the final surprise in the hôtel over Ngorongoro caldeira.
A new time many thanks to Boris and Richard, and we hope to be back with them next time
