Worth every penny
Brian is an energetic and passionate young guide. On our first day, he asked if we’d like to take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha—a truly rare and unforgettable experience. Shortly after entering Lake Nakuru, we were lucky enough to spot both black rhinos and lions. To top it off, as we left our hotel on the second day, we even saw a mother white rhino with her calf!
In the Masai Mara, we had the incredible fortune of spotting leopards two days in a row, watching lions feeding and guarding their prey, and admiring majestic herds of elephants. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fascinating wildlife facts Brian shared whenever we encountered animals.

We were on a shared‑group safari and every member loved him. Hands‑on professional, patient, knowledgeable and great‑natured.
He patiently answered all our questions about Kenyan culture, education and society during long drives, and tried his best to meet all our wishes. He remembered we’d missed the sunset in Masai Mara and got us a perfect shot three days later in Amboseli. Thanks to his radio coordination, we found the dream- like elephant herds below Kilimanjaro. He helped us take plenty of fun group photos and quickly solved our payment issue at Hells Gate when we had no internet.
This trip felt less like a random tour group and more like a lovely little class:one head teacher in charge of seven chatty kids. Full‑packed, joyful and great emotional experience. 10/10!

It is a very reliable local community service provider, providing satisfactory accommodation, meals.
This tour was absolutely wonderful! Our guide kikitu was incredibly nice and had a wealth of knowledge — I learned so much throughout the trip. He was also very funny and a skilled driver, and thanks to him we got to see so many amazing animals. He was extremely reliable as well, and the hotels we stayed at were excellent too. Communication was smooth from start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience was great value for money. If you're considering this tour, don't hesitate — you won't be disappointed!

A reliable and well-organized tour operator :)
It is an absolutely fantastic tour. Communication was clear, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. Our guide Kikitu was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and funny, and I learned so much from his elaboration and storytelling about animals. He was also a very skilled driver and took us to see so many animals. What really stood out was his reliability. When I realized I had left my glasses at Nakuru hotel, he went out of his way to help track them down and get them back to me. The tour itself was unforgettable, highly recommend it!

Amazing Safari Experience in Kenya!
We had a fantastic safari experience with JungleRoam Safaris. Everything was well organized throughout the trip, and we really enjoyed the beautiful landscapes and incredible wildlife in Kenya.
A special thank you to our guide Steve. He was friendly, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about the animals and wildlife. He always tried his best to help us find animals and made the whole journey comfortable and enjoyable. We had so many wonderful moments and unforgettable sightings along the way.
It was an amazing experience and we really enjoyed our time in Kenya. Thank you Steve and JungleRoam Safaris for making this trip so memorable!

Well-organized Safari with Room for Minor Improvements
The overall safari tour arranged by Jungleroam Safaris was very well-organized. My 5D4N itinerary included a 1.5-day game drive in Masai Mara, a half-day in Lake Nakuru, and a boat trip in Lake Naivasha, all of which were great experiences. There is one logistical issue to note: on the first day, I had to wait for 3 hours before departure. This felt like a waste of valuable time and could definitely be managed better to improve the customer experience.
My tour guide, Elias, was extremely responsible and friendly. He did his absolute best to handle all arrangements smoothly and ensure we were well taken care of. The experience would have been even better if he had shared more in-depth knowledge about the wildlife during the drives. Hearing more about the animals' behaviors would have helped us gain a deeper understanding of the local ecology.
Overall, considering the competitive pricing and the full itinerary, it delivered unmatched value for money, and I truly appreciate the team's effort.

The Guide & Driver
Our guide was a true professional. His knowledge of the wildlife, the parks, and the local ecosystem was remarkable—he explained every animal's behavior, habitat, and unique characteristics in fascinating detail, answering every question with patience and genuine enthusiasm. What truly set him apart was his incredible driving skill. He navigated some seriously challenging terrain—muddy tracks, rocky paths, deep ruts—with complete confidence and control, making us feel safe at all times. His "eagle eye" for spotting wildlife was astonishing; he noticed animals from distances we never would have caught on our own, and he positioned the vehicle perfectly for the best viewing and photography angles every single time.
The Wildlife
Thanks to our guide's expertise and sharp instincts, we saw an extraordinary number of animals—far more than we ever imagined. He knew exactly where to go and when, always putting us in the right place at the right moment. Every game drive felt like a new adventure, and we never went long without a memorable sighting. His running commentary made each encounter richer; we didn't just see the animals, we understood them.
The Accommodation
The hotels and lodges we stayed at were excellent. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated, they provided the perfect place to rest and recharge between game drives. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere added so much to the trip. Waking up in such serene surroundings before heading out for another day of adventure was a real treat.
Overall Verdict
This was, without question, a perfect safari experience.

Josh been so kind and nice to all of us , with good eyesight and fantastic driving skill.
Our tour guide Josh made our trip and my day. Josh and I come up with an idea to pretend the car was broken, so that I can had a chance to keen on the ground and make a wedding proposal to my girlfriend, right below the Kilimanjaro. She said yes. This is so memorable.
Josh also been cooperated and caring for all of us . He finds the animals before everyone else, and his explanation was detailed and proper. I leaned a lot knowledge about wild life’s form him.
And the view was fantastic, the sunset of Masai Mara and the sunrise of amboseli spreading on the soil and trees reminds me of the meaning of life. This was so beautiful. Lifetime memory
