Amazing Christmas holiday!
Last year l booked a Christmas safari for myself and my young children and what a life changing journey it was! Our guide Omary was always happy and full of knowledge and he went above and beyond for my kids - no request was too hard for him. I wanted a slower pace so booked a 7 day tour and it was amazing. We saw so many animals, met so many people and had the Christmas of a life time! We loved the Sound of Silence Tented Lodge in the Serengeti National Park and dream about going back. Thank you Sunset Adventure Safari for a fantastic Christmas holiday.

Unique experience
We were one of the first tourists to do a safari with the Covid-19 situation. When we arrived in August we noticed how quiet it was at the airport and the hotels. The driver from Sunset made us feel welcome right away and although we were a bit worried we were happy to be in Tanzania. It truly was a unique experience. There were only few cars in the parks which gave us the best views and a lot of ‘alone time’ with the wildlife. In the lodges the service was better than ever. The staff was taking such good care of us. I am happy we did the safari. I will never forget! Thank you Sunset Adventure for taking us.

Perfectly arranged
From the moment we arrived till the moment we got back on the plane everything was perfectly arranged. Our guide Ben took very good care of us. He really knew where to take us and how to find the animals. It was one of our best experiences so far. Asante sana Sunset Adventure team!

A memorable experience Me and my husband did a 7 day safari to A
Me and my husband did a 7 day safari to Arusha Park, Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. From the bookings process till our last day everything was perfectly arranged. We were picked up at the airport by our guide Sele. Right away we felt we were in good and safe hands. Sele drove us around for a week and showed us all the parks. He really knew how to spot the animals and he even managed to find a cheetah for us in Serengeti. We were so lucky! The lodges we stayed were really nice. The staff was kind and the location was amazing, small accommodations in the middle of the bush. We don’t like the large hotels and lodges so this was perfect for us. If you are looking for a unique experience we definitively recommend Sunset Adventure.

Best safari company!
We lived in Tanzania for 8 years and started out searching for different safari companies for guests. The first couple of years we were not satisfied with who we used. I was embarrassed to make a booking. Then we found sunset adventure. I went on a safari first to see how they were and they were amazing. First the communication with booking was by far the best I had found. They were good at giving me different prices and ideas for different places. The safari itself was amazing. The guides went out of their way to find us animals. They were excited to share more information about each animal and took their time at each spot. I have been on safaris that feel like the guide is rushing you but this was not my experience with sunset adventures. My children even commented about how nice they were and how much better this company was than others. I have not have a bad experience and will continue to refer friends, family and guests to them! Best company out there.

Very affordable Safari
Last year we booked a safari with Sunset Adventure and it was amazing. Safari in Tanzania is very expensive and we were looking for an affordable trip. We did a 5 day safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We loved the lodges and our guide Ben was truly amazing! He was so much fun to be around and he knew lots of stories about the parks and animals. Thanks to Ben the safari was unforgettable.

It was perfect!!

Great safari, well organised
This was our first trip to Africa. Leona from Sunset Adventure helped us with the itinerary and answered all our questions. We were very excited when we arrived at the airport and perhaps a bit worried because it was our first time in Africa. As promised our guide Patrick was waiting for us and welcomed us. Our 6 day safari exceeded all our expectations. We stayed at beautiful tented lodges which were inside the parks or just outside the park. At night we could hear the animals. We were really lucky with our guide Patrick. He had a good sense to find hidden animals. He mostly took us to remote areas to spot animals like a cheetahs and lions. Good thing he was never in a hurry. We could always take our time to see the animals. We look back at a wonderful trip and hope to come back one day!
Professional and excellent service
We had some doubts about travelling to Tanzania with the current situation but we were so happy we did. We never worried about Covid-19 during our trip. It was easy tot keep a safe distance and in the parks it was very quiet. This was our second time in Tanzania and we enjoyed it so much more. Our lodges were amazing and the staff was so friendly. Our guide Gerard was extremely knowledgeable, We were amazed by how much he knew about the parks and animals. He had a good eye for animals and we saw so much more this time. We also want to thank Leona for her patience with us before safari. She answered all our hundreds of questions which we are very thankful of. Perfect family safari
We booked a safari for two families: 4 adults and 5 children. We did a two day safari to Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro and several day trips. The kids loved the safari but probably the day trip to the Kikuletwa hot springs even more! What an adventure it was. Our guides Ben and Omari were so friendly, they were always on time and the kids had a blast with them. During the safari we slept in a tented lodge in the middle of bush. We never worried for a second because the guides and the staff from the lodge took such good care of us. It was an adventure both our families will never forget. Hopefully we will be back one day!
