They went the extra mile for us providing us with a experience we will remember always.
The safari tour included pickup from airport, transport between rhe locations in Kenya and a skilled driver / guide. The customer service answered quickly and it was really easy to book the safari.
We saw many animals and met the friendly Masai people. The guide went the extra mile for us to get good pictures of the animals
The accomodation was also superb. Would reccomend to anyone :)

We had an unforgettable experience on our Safari with Extra Miles Unique Adventures. From the initial contact the team were incredibly accommodating and friendly making sure our trip met our wishes and all details were thought of. They really surpassed what we could have imagined, with fantastic accommodation and experiences. Our driver James was so friendly and kind, and had vast knowledge to share throughout the parks we visited.

From the moment I contacted Timothy and the Extra Miles Team to plan and prep our safari, this Team ( and I say team because it was a full team of 6 that personally met with us to introduce themselves in person on the first morning upon arriving to Kenya) was nothing but outstanding and exceeded everyone of my expectations. From the coordination and flexibility of arranging and custom detailing the entire itinerary to our liking until we were completely satisfied with everything we wanted to include, at the level of quality we were looking for, for the right price that we had budgeted, all the way up to reliably delivering on making this the most memorable and magical experience for us. We saw all the big 5 and then some all across our trip from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru , Naivasha, and all the way to Amboseli and Mt. Kilimanjaro, Fred took us on an outstanding safari trip everyday of the tour. We saw so many animals, wildlife, fauna, and beautiful scenery all across Kenya. The recommendations and support that the team provided to guide us with our choices of lodges and camps was top notch. Word to the wise, take Timothy and the team's advise on recommended places to book as you create your itinerary, they know the best places and are great value for the money!!! I have made friends for life with Melissa, Timothy, Fred and all of the team at Extra Miles and can not say enough great things about this company! They get it and always exceed expectations so don't be afraid to ask them about anything at all. They are always willing to accommodate and work with you on everything for your Safarai! So much so, that I have personally volunteered to be their ambassador in the USA and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are surely one of the best if not THE BEST! They really go out of their way and like their slogan/ motto says....they go THE EXTRA MILES!!!! Good service, friendly and knowledgeable driver.
Lovely safari time. Beautiful accommodations. Just sad about the drought conditions, and some animals dying due to lack of green grass to eat. Seeing Mt Kilimanjaro in the distance was beautiful.

An amazing adventure
We did a 3-day safari at the Masai Mara National Reserve, and it was a magical experience ✨
Extra Miles Unique Adventures team thoroughly planned and took care of every aspect of our trip.
Aside from minimal confusion at the beginning of the process when we received multiple quotes and needed help figuring out how different they were, the booking when smoothly, and the team was quick in responding to any inquiry.
On the day of our trip, the team picked us up at our hotel in Nairobi at the scheduled time, and we drove to the reserve with our driver/guide Fred. The camp where we stayed was lovely (great amenities and good food!). The game drives were entertaining, and, under Fred's guidance, we saw some unique scenes

Fantastic 5 Day / 4 Night Adventure!
We decided to go on a safari in Kenya in late November and inquired from the multitude of agencies online. Many wrote back, but Extra Miles was one of the only ones to give us a quote with an itinerary and pictures of the lodges that we would be staying at. We decided to pick the "Mid-Range" package. Ann was our point of contact and answered all our questions in a timely manner via email leading up to the safari in late December.
When we arrived in Nairobi, we stayed at a hotel the first night. James was our guide and he met us at 7 the following morning. Ann also greeted us to give us a briefing about our 5 day adventure. We received hats, blankets, and a couple of other gifts from the company before setting off to Masai Mara. The initial drive was long and bumpy towards the end, but the scenery was beautiful.
We ended up staying in Masai Mara for 2 nights, Lake Nakuru for 1 night, and Lake Naivasha for 1 night. All the lodges we stayed at were comfortable and the service was top notch. Each meal was provided buffet style with lots of different options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay at each of the lodges that we had stayed at.
James would greet us each day and take us on our game drives. He was very courteous and very helpful throughout the week. He was an expert driver at Masai Mara and we were able to see the "Big 5" and get loads of photos. At the end of the week, James dropped us off at our new hotel that we had booked.
All in all, it was a great experience and we definitely recommend Extra Miles for a safari!

Maurice is very knowledgeable about the animals and where to find them close up. He is also very calm and patient driver and guide. We were able to see everything we want and he is very accommodating to changes to suit our liking.
