Exceeded Expectations
Last year my wife and I, having visited many wildlife parks Botswana, Namibia and South Africa, decided to focus on Tanzania. We wanted a custom private tour. First step was to find a tour operator. We decided to focus on Tanzanian companies using Google search. There are many, and we eventually settled on Gosheni Safaris Africa. My first adjudication filter was response time to my inquiry and secondly completeness of the quotation. The tour itself was amazing thanks largely to our guide Hassan. One way or another he found not only leopards in trees but lions with their cubs. Cheetahs and lions feeding, black rhino and an amazing array of birds both large and small. Another highlight was seeing wildebbest in various stages of giving birth in the great migration. His was forever on his CB radio exchanging information. Gosheni vehicles are equipped not only with an inverter which allowed us to charge electronic devices but also with a Wifi antenna allowing us to go online in the bush: two big pluses. Hassan is a great spotter, an accomplished SUV driver and very knowledgeable about Serengeti's flora and fauna. All in all a wonderful experience thanks to a good team.

Wonderful 9-day safari in Tanzania
We did a 9-day safari as a couple and visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara. We had a wonderful, relaxed and really amazing time with Ombeni, our guide, and with the company Gosheni that organised everything very well and smoothly. The lodges and tented camps were great. Most importantly, our guide Ombeni was extremely nice, very professional and experienced. We saw so many different aminals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, he knew all the places where to go. We also were very impressed by the wonderful landscape, he explained many details to us plus he solved our minor problems within minutes. We really had a great time together. We can only recommend him and Gosheni!

Trip of a lifetime, well organized and a top class driver/guide
It is difficult to find the words to express how much we enjoyed our custom made 9 day tour through Gosheni to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara. I referred to our driver/guide, Hassan, as our walking/driving encyclopedia. He was extremely well informed and made everything even more interesting. We learned so much in the process. He went above and beyond to satisfy our needs, from my husband’s interest in photography to dealing with family issues we had and having to find WiFi. He was an extremely responsible driver too traversing the unbelievably bad roads. He was very good at finding out just where to go by communicating with the other drivers, and as a result of that and his knowledge of what to look for, we saw the most incredible sightings, from lions and leopards in trees, mating of lions, birth of wildebeest in the middle of migrations, one of the most amazing experiences, and so many colorful birds both large and small. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Gladys and Jessica in the office added to the magic of this safari by making sure our anniversary and my birthday were celebrated, not just at one of the lodges, but all of them!!! It was truly a trip of a lifetime.

Perfect. We saw wild animals in abundant numbers in an overwhelming landscape. The lodges were great, service, view over the wide serengeti with sunset under an acacia, wonderful dinner, the chef cuisine did an incredible job out there in the middle of nowhere. Our driver-guide Ombeni was skilled, with a great sense of humour and he knew everything. Asante sana.
