Experience of a lifetime
Jerome,the salesperson who we communicated with while booking was helpful, reliable, informed us of all changes and designed an excellent itinerary. Max,our Driver and guide for the 5 days,was knowledgeable, responsible and made sure we saw all the games and more. The bushcamps were real treats, living in luxury in the heart of Serengeti. I would highly recommend thus company for Family and friends

Very attentive and cared for everything we needed.
Great value for money, each place we stayed at was very comfortable and the service was excellent. There were many services at each camp that were given and everything was explained with care and support. The safari itself was an unforgettable experience with the most beautiful views of animals and wildlife. The tour guide knew where to take us and make sure we saw as much as we could without disrupting the animals too much. I would recommend to anyone considering.

The company created an excellent impression from planning our trip to materialising it. Everything went according to plan and our guide, Dominic was truly professional , he did his best to cover our interests and needs .He was polite , and he had a deep knowledge of the wild life(flora and fauna). Almacius, our trip planner did a great job and gave us useful advice on clothing. We managed to see all the animals and learn about them thanks to our expert driver/guide. I would strongly recommend Meru Slopes for an unforgettable safari experience, they are really professionals!

Excellent communication and fantastic safari
We had an incredible safari experience in Tanzania thanks to Jerome arranging everything so that all we had to do was turn up. We had an amazing guide Asantaeli who we referred to as Eli. Eli was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about wildlife. With his expertise, we were able to see four of the Big Five and so much more! He always knew where to find the animals and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. Eli shared so many interesting facts about the wildlife, plants, and local culture, which made the trip even more special. His warm personality, sense of humour which we loved turned our safari into an unforgettable adventure. I highly recommend Meru and Eli as a guide to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

The most amazing travel experience from start to finish!!!
If I could give this experience 100 stars, I would. It was just perfect. So perfect, in fact, that we have recommended Meru Slopes Tours to about a dozen people since returning from Tanzania just last week. Kelvin was a fantastic tour organizer for us. He was patient with all of our questions and changes while we were planning the trip. Nixon was great on our first day, taking us up to the waterfalls and the wonderful coffee plantation, where the coffee was delicious and his knowledge of the region was really informative to us as we got acclimated to life in Tanzania. And then Edigar was an absolutely amazing tour guide for our 6 day safari. He was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating. Everything you would want your guide to be. He knew about the animals, plants, birds, and the people of Tanzania and took us on some amazing adventures in the parks and out. Kelvin chose a diverse itinerary for us, that allowed us to see every animal you could imagine, have unimaginable experiences (like a mama elephant and her 2 babies playing next to our tent just a few feet away from where we were sleeping one evening), and stay at some fabulous and beautiful tent camps. The food was an extra bonus too. No cold boxed lunches for us. Every day we had a different menu of hot foods for our lunchtime picnic prepared by the kitchen staff at the tent lodge we had stayed at the night before. Honestly, there is not one thing we would change about our week with Meru Slopes Tours. Meru Slopes made for a once-in-a lifetime experience for us. Everyone should book their safari through them!!!

Very reliable! We had some last-minute changes to our itinerary, and they promptly responded and handled them! Extremely accommodating and well organised.
We did this tour as a group of 4 girls in their 20s and I couldn’t recommend it more. It was an incredible experience from start to finish. The accomodation in arusha is lovely with warm showers and yummy dinner. setting off on our safari, our guide florian was there for us the whole time he was an amazing knowledgeable guide who caught all the animals !! tents were very clean and sturdy. amazing food from bungai our chef too! Thank you so much Almachius our organiser for a perfect safari

Meru slopes was a brilliant company! It was value for money and reliable.
Jerome communicated with us well to answer our questions and share the itinerary prior to our trip. He also helped us with drop off at our hotel after the trip. He was very kind and helpful.
Jacob was our safari guide. He was brilliant. Great driver and had great skills to allow us to see the best animals in the Serengeti and the crater. The tents were big with comfortable mats and sleeping equipment, food was delicious and it was all very well organised.
We were looked after the entire trip. 10/10
