A perfect partner for a perfect exoerience
We had an amazing 5-day safari experience, starting from Arusha and landing at Seronera Airstrip. Our group consisted of two families, each with four members, and we each had our own guide and Land Cruiser. Kelvin was very helpful and accommodating during the planning phase. Our guides, Dominique and Lobulu, were fantastic - warm, knowledgeable, and professional. We saw all the animals on our wish list and stayed in stunning accommodations. The whole experience was seamless and perfect. It was a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing tour company! Great safari
Our safari with Meru Slopes was unforgettable! We saw all of the big five with lots of lions and cheetahs. The camping in the Serengeti was incredible, we could hear lions and animals in our tent all night. Our safari tour guide Paul was truly amazing. He is very knowledgeable on all things related to animals, Tanzania, and culture. He even went out of his way to help us buy new cloths and find our lost luggage in the middle of the Serengeti! He has so much experience and knew where to go to see the rarest animals. He is a great host and made us all feel very welcome, safe, comfortable, and allowed us to enjoy every second of the trip. Booga Dance the chef was incredible! Every night after a long day of safari we got to enjoy his amazing soups and food that he prepared fresh every day. Good food really does make a difference and Booga Dance knows how to cook! He was also incredibly friendly, funny, welcoming, and helpful. Paul and Booga Dance really made the trip special. Jerome from Meru Slopes also helped with all of the logistics of planning the trip and ensured we had a ride from the airport. He answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel very comfortable with choosing Meru Slopes for our safari. I would recommend them for a safari, you seriously will not regret it. Make sure to ask for Paul as your guide and Booga Dance as your chef!

YYDS! -Meru Slopes turned our honeymoon into a fairy tale trip.
Our honeymoon in Tanzania exceeded everyone's expectations in the most magical way. When our flight was delayed by one day, they easily rescheduled our whole trip without missing a beat-their crisis management was impeccable.
Personal touches make us feel different: fresh roses when we arrive, "just married" decorated with striking red letters on our jeep, and the sunset on the Serengeti grassland. Our guide remembers some small details, for example, every time he starts and stops the vehicle, he will confirm whether we are seated properly and will not move the vehicle rashly.
In addition to excellent service, they also created some moments to make you feel the authentic Tanzanian customs and personal charm. We not only saw Africa, but also experienced Africa through their professional skills of caring for others. This is not just a trip; This is the beginning of our love story with Tanzania. We will come back one day in the future!

our guide was very professional and knew a lot about the life of the animals
We had two nice gentlemen who did everything they could to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The guide, Paul, had extensive knowledge of the animals' lives, and you could tell he knew what he was doing and was very experienced. The chef, Bogga, accompanied us the entire time to the various locations and always cooked us delicious and varied meals. As I'm a chef myself, I'm all the more impressed by everything he was able to cook for us at the campsites. The dynamic of the whole group was great, and we had the opportunity to meet new, nice, and interesting people. I send my best wishes to Paul and Bogga and hope they enjoyed their time together as much as we did. Yours, Lukas and Anna

Who knew an incredible Safari adventure with a baby could work!!
Planning our trip: Meru Slopes had been recommended to us by colleagues so we got in touch to start planning our trip. Kelvin immediately gave us confidence in our decision with his guidance and patience in tailoring the trip for us. We were travelling with our 18 month old baby so had many questions about how best to accommodate her on the trip. Kelvin was helpful and informative throughout. Not only that but Kelvin was a superstar when the week we were due to be travelling both myself and the baby were poorly and unable to travel. Having asked Kelvin if there was any way we could delay the trip by a week he made it happen with no extra cost. We were blown away with his support and help - our once in a lifetime trip was saved!!
Safari: Any nerves we had about how the baby would be on safari were put to rest by our incredible guide, Ombeni. Nothing was too much trouble. Hakuna matata all the way. It was no mean feat to manage Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro over 4 days but we did it and the baby was happy throughout. We saw the big 5 - something we hadn’t even imagined would be possible as we thought we’d be cutting game drives short every day. Ombeni used his expansive experience to choose smoother roads so the baby would be more comfortable; he realised that the baby was scared every time she met new people at each lodge so he discreetly let the staff know to give her some space until she felt settled. These are just a couple of the many things he did to make our safari not only a success but an absolute joy. We have had the most amazing time, lifelong memories made with our beautiful daughter (who now wakes up asking to see the monkeys every day!). We really couldn’t be happier with our experience! Thank you Kelvin and Ombeni!
Accommodation: we stayed at the Forest Hill Lodge in Arusha, Hhando Coffee Lodge in Ngorongoro, Serengeti Luxury Tented Lodge in the Serengeti, back to Hhando and then finished in Arusha Planet Lodge. All stunning. All with super accommodating and lovely staff. A huge thank you to all of the staff and to Kelvin for arranging such incredible accommodation for us.
We loved every minute and are already talking about when we might come back someday.

Unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience
Unforgettable tour with many diverse activities in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater national parks! We stayed inside the parks themselves in luxury resort, savannah camp and forest camp settings with top notch service and food throughout.
We managed to see the Big 9 safari animals with our fun and informative guide/driver Kundaeli, while our responsive and thoughtful tour coordinator Kelvin Bonith made our experience unforgettable by incorporating our customized requests to the tour and organising surprises for our anniversary in every hotel/camp. Truly a must for every couple for their special occasion!

Almachius is really thoughtful and responsible for everything
Wonderful safari from beginning to end!
Almachius took great care of us — super detail-oriented and always quick to respond. We felt truly looked after throughout the whole planning process. Robert was an outstanding guide with deep knowledge and sharp instincts. We were lucky to spot all of the Big Five thanks to him, many many lions :) Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very kind and quick response
Absolutely amazing safari experience!
From planning to the actual trip, everything was handled with great care. Almachius was super responsive and helped us adjust our plans last minute without any hassle. Our guide Robert was incredibly knowledgeable — he knew exactly where to go, shared lots of interesting insights, and made sure we saw so much wildlife. With his experience and sharp eyes, we managed to see the Big Five during our trip!
Truly unforgettable — can’t wait to come back during great migration season!

Very responsible and responsive — always did his best to help us with our requests.
I highly recommend this safari company for anyone planning a trip to Africa!
From the very beginning, when I first reached out via email, our operator Almachius was incredibly responsible and efficient — he carefully crafted an itinerary that fully considered all my requests. Due to a last-minute change in our flight schedule, we urgently needed to postpone our trip by a day, and Almachius quickly adjusted everything for us without any issues. The itinerary he arranged was thoughtful and seamless.
As for the safari experience itself, our guide Robert was simply outstanding. With 12 years of experience, he helped us spot four of the Big Five (except for the rhino) within the first two days — truly unforgettable! He was not only skilled at tracking animals but also explained their behaviors to us, helping us understand what they were likely to do next. We saw so many animals, and Robert always patiently answered our questions and shared his knowledge.
Although we didn’t catch the Great Migration at the Mara River, we were lucky to witness a mini river crossing by wildebeest in the western Serengeti — still an incredible experience. Huge thanks to Robert for giving us such an amazing and memorable trip. I really hope to come back again during the peak migration season in July–September!
